Nice location, poorly maintained. Bad bed.
Pros:

Location is fabulous, right behind the Chateau Frontenac, with a diagonal view on the Terrace Dufferin and the St-Lawrence river.

Cons:

The mattress is damaged with abuse and age. Springs were poking out in my ribs.
The room floor is uneven, putting the head of the bed 2" lower than the feet.

L’emplacement.
L’accès au site de streaming sur la télévision
L’air climatisé.

Cons:

La salle de bain très petite. Le calorifer dans la salle de bain tout rouillé. L’air climatisé coule, les serviette de bain très petites, difficulté à fermer les différentes portes. L’air climatisé ne se rend pas dans la chambre lorsque la porte est fermé.

I would definitely book this hotel again.
Pros:

Location location location! 2 min walk right to the main core of Old Quebec City. I had the budget room, which I did feel was on the small size and a little campy, but great value overall. Staff were very responsive and helpful.

Cons:

Larger towels for showering would have been nice.

Très bon emplacement. Calme. Et facilement accessible à pieds depuis la gare routière.

Cons:

Pour un hôtel deux étoiles les prestations étaient correctes même si la chambre a besoin d'un coup de rafraîchissement.
