Chambre très sombre, mal insonorisée et équipement ancien.
Perfect location and such a beautiful boutique hotel brimming with charm and character! We loved our stay! We will be recommending this wonderful hotel to others and can't wait to come back again!
The bath towels were small and thin. We were told by staff where to access more towels if we needed, but when we went to get fresh towels there were none left. The shower curtain did not have an interior liner and the shower floor got really wet because of that, so we had to use our towels to soak up excess water. Also, there was a foul smell coming out of the shower drain. All in all, these were very minor things, and the benefits far outweighed these little things for our short 3 night stay.

The location was great! Loved being so close to everything! We booked 3 rooms for our large group, two of the rooms were absolutely charming. All the rooms had a mini fridge, microwave, drinking glasses and good air conditioning.
One of the three rooms we booked, the family suite, had an exterior entrance that we didn’t like. Also it wasn’t decorated in same lovely style as the other two rooms. It was spacious enough, but one of the beds was loud and creaky and uncomfortable. This room also smelled musty and didn’t have much natural light.

Location could absolutely not be better. So close to everything. I never once got public transportation or a taxi - can walk to everything.
Could do with a good clean and a refurbishment. My door didn’t lock until I gave the door a proper shove.
Excelente hotel que es un edificio histórico sin ascensor, nos tocó el primer piso, habitación renovada con estilo antiguo, y una terraza que daba a la plaza hermosa! A una cuadra bajando de la parte que bordea el río, y frente al hotel Fairmont Frontenac, emblema de la ciudad. Todo cerca, caminando, negocios, restaurantes, un supermercado a una cuadra. Nos encantón Quebec una ciudad amurallada, histórica, una ciudad de cuento europea dentro de la hermosa Canadá. Llegamos despues de las 18hs y nos dejaron las indicaciones para entrar y la llave en un sobre en la mesa de la recepción, todo sin problema.
Sabiendo que es un edificio histórico, no tenia ascensor por supuesto.
