HORROROSO - DISGUSTING!

A nuestra llegada a la habitación, nos dimos cuenta de que el baño estaba muy sucio, las toallas que se suponía debían ser blancas, tenían color marrón, la tetera estaba sucia por dentro y, lo más importante, el estado de las sábanas y almohadas era absolutamente indignante. Se notaba que se habían usado en anteriores ocasiones y ni siquiera habían sido cambiadas. Por ello, hablamos con el encargado del hotel y nos comenta que la cadena OYO no es una buena categoría y le decimos que no es motivo para que la habitación esté en ese estado. Lo que hace es llamar al servicio de limpieza, el cual nos cambia las sábanas y toallas. Tratándose de un hotel nos sorprendió muchísimo, ya que nos alojamos en otros hostales en la India por mucho menos precio y en mejores condiciones.
Upon arrival in the room, we noticed that the bathroom was very dirty, the towels that were supposed to be white, had brown color, the teapot was dirty inside and, most importantly, the condition of the sheets and pillows was absolutely outrageous. It was noticeable that they had been used on previous occasions and had not even been changed. Therefore, we talked to the hotel manager who tells us that the OYO hotel company has a good category and we tell him that it is not a reason for the room to be in that condition. He just calls the cleaning service, which changes the sheets and towels.
Being a hotel we were very surprised, since we stayed in other hostels in India with much more quality.
