The size was a great surprise instead of a typical bed and bathroom hotel room.
Pros:

Great place to stay with great value. So easy to hop on the shuttle right at the property for a 10 minute ride for several stops inside vail village/ lions head walkway. Pool is heated and the hot tub and sauna are very relaxing. Would recommend absolutely!

Cons:

No breakfast. But the condos have a full kitchen with plates, pots and pans for a home cooked breakfast.

Muy acogedor, el autobus sandstone para en frente, puedes viajar a cualquier lugar del village hasta caminando, super espacioso es perfecto, tal cual las fotos

Cons:

Que la recepcion no fuera 24/7 y que no sea bilingue la señora, porque el de mantenimiento lavanderia y las señoras que limpian si hablan español

Cons:

from outside looks nice, when you walk in you realize that is quite old, there was a bad smell come up from the lower floors, fortunately didn't enter the room, room was large, but old and dirty (lot of stains) carpet on the floor, bathroom very small compared to the room size, the kitchen cabinets door didn't close, the bed is a pull-down one. outdoor parking 20$ per day, everything comes for a price in Vail. defintely not worth the price, ok for a couple of nights

Staff are exceedingly kind and helpful. The rooms are comfy and clean.
Pros:

The staff are amazing. Zero hassle, 100% compassion and customer service. We had the worst travel day where everything went sideways, and accidentally booked our room for the wrong night. Which meant we missed the no late booking policy. They had every reason to turn us away. Instead, they saw 2 people in need of kindness and helped get us settled for the night. They corrected everything in the system the next morning, no extra fees or penalties. We will absolutely be going back. Not only are they good people, the room was so comfortable and I liked having a kitchen.

Cons:

It’s a little hard to find, especially in the dark.

Would most likely stay there again due to overall value.

Very clean. Good value

Cons:

No coffee available in room ( or anywhere). I arrived at 10:00 and left at 7:30 am. Never saw any staff. Parking was an issue as I’m handicapped due to severe back injuries. Access to building from parking area was a problem.

The location right on the bus stop and being a walkable distance to Lionshead is amazing!
The one bedroom was much bigger and better stocked than we imagined!

I could live there!!
Pros:

The shuttle they provided was a lifeline to reaching the mountain, the town, and the grocery store. The laundry facilities were clean, bright, and open when I needed them. The indoor/outdoor pool and spa were a nice bonus. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
