Pros:

Great shuttle system, easy access to Vail but cheaper than the resorts directly on the mountain. Staff was very friendly.

Just right for a sister ski trip
Pros:

This is the third year in a row that my sister and I have stayed at Vail Run to ski a couple days. Everyone is so friendly from Terry at the front desk, to Carol who fulfilled a request I made before arrival, to Juan the shuttle driver. My sister enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The room was very comfortable and kitchen well stocked though we didn’t cook other than to make oatmeal or reheat food in the microwave. Hoping to continue this tradition next year.

Pros:

Awesome community, outstandingly beautiful resort, top of the line appliances and kitchen equipment, cleanliness and comfort! Pizza was good too!
We would highly recommend this place❣️

Pros:

Location was good, pool and hot tub met expectations. It was nice having a pizza shop on the property. We always felt safe but I don't think the place is secured at night. Very clean. Small, rustic, ski condos, which we liked. The housekeeping was very responsive when we needed more towels.

Cons:

The first few days the shuttle was very unpredictable, the last couple of days when the bus driver changed to Juan it was much better. Sauna did not work. Had to pay extra to go in game room! It was very hot in our room, we asked someone to come look at the thermostat that we could not get to work, someone came, and I guess could not figure it out either. He said he would return, but never came back.

Highly recommend this. Place to stay for families
Pros:

I like the fact that this unit was very spacious, could accomodate lots of individuals, everything was very clean, entertainment was compliant, we had access to multiple channels, the baloncy had an amazing view, shuttle services were great, front desk and customer service were friendly, hospitable, caring, informative. Will recommend staying.

Decent motel for skiing vacation
Pros:

Location, shuttle taxi, ski storage, fireplace, kitchen with kitchenware, cart for bags.

Cons:

Beds were uncomfortable to me, some kitcheware were teflon-covered and scratched which made it impossible to use, overall impression was much better from description / pictures than it was in reality.
