Grosse déception pour cet hôtel malgré l’emplacement exceptionnel.

L’emplacement devant la plage est top

Cons:

Beaucoup d’attente pour le Check in, personnel ne parle pas ou peu anglais, peu serviable. Beaucoup de manque au buffet, on nous dit qu’ont nous ramène ce qu’il manque mais non jamais. La chambre très salle, très bruyante. Hôtel très vétuste, non entretenu.

Fantasztikus!
Pros:

Gyönyörű kilátás, szép szoba, nagyon kedves dolgozók, isteni ételek és italok. Minden nagyon tiszta, figyelmesek, változatos ételek. Az óceán karbyúhtányira, napágyakkal. Biztonsági szolgálat, kamerák, kertészek. A medencét , szobát minden nap takarítják.

J'y retournerai volontiers surtout si les utilisateurs font moins de bruit dans les zones collective

J'avais une très grande chambre qui donnait sur la piscine et la mer. Très agréable. Situation exceptionnelle. Concernant le service, ils y mettent beaucoup de bonne volonté mais ce n'est pas toujours à la hauteur

Cons:

Déjà qu'ils soient un peu plus anglophones pour comprendre nos demandes. Le service un peu plus raffiné

Super séjour !
Pros:

Sur la magnifique plage de Mirissa à 5 min de super restaurants de la plage. Très facile d’accès même en transport commun.Personnel aux petits soins, gentils et très polis. Les plats sont élaborés et très bons et beaux. Je recommande cet hôtel. Merci encore à tout le personnel de l’hôtel.

Excellent Location
Pros:

Excellent Location.The room was large and we had a beautiful Seaview. The breakfast was nice, plenty choices.

Pros:

The hotel is located on the beach front with access to lots of beach side restaurants and bars which you walk along the sand to. The spa was very nice, the staff were amazing and really looked after us. The room was lovely with a balcony and seaview. The pool was lovely.

Cons:

The room wasn't cleaned in the 3 days we were there so the floor got sandy and the bathroom was a bit smelly as you have to put paper in the bin.
