True to the name; It really is a piece of Paradise in Mirissa
Pros:

Excellent location with exactly by the beach
You can see the pristine blue ocean right from your patio and you can enjoy the pool and the sea whenever you like.
Rooms are neat and clean and airy
Staff is friendly; cooperative and always welcoming
Service is swift
Location wise accessibility to general stores; market and other places of view is great.

Great location, ageing hotel
Pros:

Location was fantastic

Cons:

Hotel needs some maintenance to bring it up to the standard tourists expect. Our old A/C would not control to the temperature set and noisy fan just ran on high. No blanket on bed, just a sheet. Bathroom sink plug would not release to drain

Mirissa to nie mój klimat są dużo lepsze okolice na Sri Lanka

Hotel ma swoje lata mi to nie przeszkadzało. Basen był super i przemiły pan który rozdawał ręczniki. Zarezerwowałam ten hotel tylko ze względu że jest blisko plaży i to był strzał w 10 bo plaża była super szeroka po prawej stronie wieczorami wypuszczali małe żółwiki do morza i było blisko innych plaż które chciałam zwiedzić ale ogólnie mirissa mi się nie podobała byłam w dicavella gdzie było pięknie mało ludzi i klimatycznie tu było dużo ludzi i tłoczno w sklepach były najwyższe ceny jak widziałam zwiedzając Sri lankę nawet w gale jest polowa ceny za gadżety do tego tuk tuk nas oszukał że nie ma pociągu do gala z mirrisa do gala bo chciał nas naciągnąć a pociąg był niestety pojechaliśmy późniejszym ale było warto.do tego plaża secret beach dla której zatrzymałam się na mirissa była rozczarowanie same leżaki na plaży i za dużo ludzi na tak małej plaży niestety to było rozczarowanie.osoby które nie lubią szumu fal niech nie biorą tego hotelu bo w nocy bardzo je słychać a przy dużych falach nawet czuć wstrząsy.

The hotel is ideally located right in front of the beach, and the pool is a great spot to relax. Overall, I’d say it offers good value for the price.

Cons:

The guest room facilities appear to be quite worn. There is a leak in the bathroom ceiling, and the air conditioning is not cooling properly. Additionally, the F&B staff seem unfriendly and inattentive to guest concerns. They should be more approachable and better informed about the items they are serving.

location is wonderful, room is spacious view is beautiful

Cons:

staff at reception could be more attentive and welcoming. the room was lovely and spacious the bed sheet wasn't big enough for the bed. more attention to the rooms would be nice to see as its such a lovely property.

Great place for Non-Indians
Pros:

Location, facilities and the view is great. The property is at a good location. 10 steps from the beach, and at the same time just 2 mins from the market. The buffet has a good spread from local srilankan curries to noodles to grilled vegetables & meat.

Cons:

If you are Indian, you will be treated differently. Be prepared. We had booked a half board and each time we went for breakfast or dinner we were asked atleast 5 times for our room number. On two occasions we were also asked to show the room key as 'proof'.
While we were in the pool we repeatedly kept asking for towels, no one bothered to give us towels. We could see the discrimination happening right in front of us while others were given the due service.
While we had asked for an extension the previous day, while we went in the morning, we were told it won't be possible as someone had requested for the very same room. Coincidence? Don't think so.

Very good to disconnect
Pros:

The pool is amazing, the views from the room are one of the reasons why if I go back to mirissa I’ll come to this hotel and you have the beach just in front of the pool.
