Hotel not up to standard
Pros:

Tap water was brown in colour for a good 50 seconds of flushing it out. Toilet smell of urine when check- in. Room Wall was vandalised.

This is just an honest observation and review.the location is good as it’s walking distance to shopping mall.however the things that we didn’t like were as follows.
1.reception staff are rude, limited English, when talking to they don’t look at you.not even smiling.you ask them question and you are ignored and continued to speak to each other in Thai not knowing that I can comprehend what they are saying.
2.the bed was very hard,got moved to another room but the aircon was not working.them got moved again.all of this during me having fever and no assistance of moving.
3.the shower and toilet and sink are always dripping and seems like the mould and grout are not cleaned well.
4.only 1 night staff at night who always looks angry and stomps her feet.
The only thing we liked about the place.its close to 7/11,starbucks and shopping mall
