Pros:

The pool was full of algae and dirty. Essentially paid for a service we couldn’t use. Besides being dated great place.

Nice restaurant great food but issues on the rooms.
Pros:

The place is actually nice the restaurant is spectacular! Love the food and the menu!

Cons:

They have issues on flies and German roaches we had to call the front desk to take out the flies inside our room. Then next was German roaches on my bed and the bathroom.
Restaurant are full of flies too they really need to find a way to get rid of it.

Pros:

Receiving guest is okay but after office hour there’s only 1 guard in entire facility with so more than one building. Our AC was not working and couldn’t find the remote. When we found the guard he doesnt know what to do, so we have to figure it out our self and have to climb it to press it manually. There should be at least on call maintenance 24/7 for a luxurious hotel.

It was supposed to be a nice stay, but the moment we arrived we had some issues with the TV - it was unplugged, ( the lamp was also unplugged) - we could not put it in the socket, the housekeeping guy needed to get an extension cord. And then the AC ( most importantly) turned out it was not working well, it’s not cooling enough, we waited for several hours until we called the housekeeping ( again) he arranged for us the other room to sleep in for the night. Such an inconvenience. I hope you guys can sort this out before assigning rooms for the guests. The room though was big.

Pros:

I liked everything about this hotel - just a shame we didn't stay for longer.
Pool is beautiful.
Hotel grounds and rooms are clean.
Don't miss the quirky secret garden at the rear of the hotel.
Staff were more than helpful - they were thoughtful and went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
Good menu.

Cons:

Quite a few items on the menu were not available but I found this to be the case trhoughout the Philippines so I guess it's a supply issue. One our party said there room smelt damp but my room was lovely - very spacious.

Pros:

Rooms are a bit old but they're still kept clean. The pool was quite good and well maintained. Was just looking for an outdoors place to hangout but I think they were doing renovations on their other pool and garden area.

that they ample parking space, place looks neat. I understand that it is an old property but it lacks electrical plugs and the fridge has insects like cockroaches.
