Pros:

Много ни харесаха разположението и басейнът. Макар и в доста редуциран състав, персоналът беше много старателен .
Останахме приятно изненадани и от ежедневната смяна на халатите и хавлиите, макар че престоят ни беше само три дни.

Cons:

Имаше проблем с ключалките. Леглата имат нужда от ремонт или подмяна. По отношение на храната също има какво да се желае, не мисля, че качеството отговаря на четирите звезди на хотела.

Pros:

The location is excellent. Walking distance from the city center and right next to the pedestrian area. Staff were courteous and friendly.

Cons:

Food variety was low and sometimes not up to dhe standard of what you would expect in a 4* hotel.

в целом хоть и отель не новый но персонал обслуживающий и место расположения отеля имеет плюс
Pros:

Завтрак отличный!
Место расположения отеля центр города.
сам отель находится рядом с парком
и зоной отдыха рестораны с национальнрй кухней.

Cons:

все было хорошо за исключением что при получении номера представители отеля сообщили нам о том что наше бронирование номера не предусматривает наличие кондиционера и это могло привести к потере всей заплаченной суммы за бронь номера и отказ в день получения номера Chek in, но сотрудник на reception нам сообщил,
что поменяет нам номер который предусматривает наличие кондиционера.
уважаемый Booking обращаю Ваше внимание что в процссе поиска гостинечнего номера было обьязательным условием наличием кондиционера в номере
и этот eccident для нас был возмущением и удивлением...
в том что мы заказывали номер с кондиционером,
а отель сообщает нам,
что номер заказанный не имеет наличие кондиционера,
вот здесь мы просим вашего обьяснения уважаемый Booking.

Όλα ήταν μια χαρά...
Τοποθεσία πολύ κοντά στην πλατεία και στον κύριο πεζόδρομο,.
Καθαριότητα τόσο στην πισίνα όσο και στο δωμάτιο..
Όσον αφορά την κυρία Νικολέτα στην υποδοχή, ήταν εξαιρετική!!!πάντα με το χαμόγελο και πολύ εξυπηρετική!!!
Πρωινό και δείπνο πολύ νόστιμα αλλά χωρίς επιλογές.

Λίγες επιλογές σε πρωινό και δείπνο.

Pros:

Nice place to stay, kind and hospitable staff, good quality of meals at dinner and breakfast!

Cons:

Cleanliness could be better, but acceptable, the wing of the building were we stayed, close to the street, very noisy even at night time, it is a problem the hotel manager has to put to the municipality to be solved, it is a residential area and speed has to be drastically limited!

They could do better!
Pros:

The hotel is close to the old center and to the park. However, the real mountain feeling is much further north. The hotel looks good overall and has a nice terace where you can eat outside!

Cons:

It doesnt have parking (it has a small one that they will not give to regular tourists) so you need to find a place in the street (0.80 euro/hour from 8 to 20:00).. the dinner was quite low on options and the airconditioning was barelly working (you dont have a remore control, it runs only on automatic and is probably set on 25C).. The toilet was leeking and they had plenty of free rooms, but nobody actually checks this things.
