They don't respect the reservation, when I already pay for, and they saying thta someone else was using my rom. And I have to found another place to stay for me and my family.
Very unprofessional!!.

Very nice hotel in Lomas. Excellent service and tasty breakfast. Staff was excellent. My main complaint is that the towels are not cleaned properly. Every towel brought to us for 7 days had a grayish hue. It didn’t seem like they were bleached. I think they all need to be replaced at this point.

Simplemente excelente, la atención del personal, previo a mi estancia, en mi estancia,las instalaciones del hotel muy bien, el cuarto, el desayuno incluido muy bien, el brunch. Fuimos con mi perrito y el trato fue excelente, gracias.
