The most disgusting hotel! We travelled by agency so we don’t know how much it costs, but the conditions there are awful. We arrived early in the morning and started to check in. First we were given a room withOUT windows that smells a lot as cigarettes. We asked for another room with window and had to wait 5 hours at the cold reception for available room. At noon we asked if some room has been cleaned and finally checked in. The room smelled awful, the sheets and towels were disgusting, the bathroom and the water smelled awful too. The staff is rude and unwelcoming. After seeing the room we didn’t even think about having a breakfast there we just looked at it and it was disappointing. The bathroom was leaking to the room, because it wasn’t actually separate room, but just two glass pieces in the bedroom making some kind of bathroom. It is also very noisy like the window was opened but it wasn’t. The worst experience ever! Unfortunately hated Istanbul because of this hotel!
