Cons:

We asked from the reception to book us a taxi at 7:00 am. A senior couple, a man has mobility problems. The taxi did not arrive in the morning, and the receptionist was not there to help, the reception was empty. Two old people, with language barrier waiting outside, worrying to miss their flight and nobody is in the hotel to help them.
