I walked from the international airport to the hotel. It was dark and raining, but didn’t have any trouble finding the hotel. The front staff were very attentive and friendly. My room was nice and cold and clean. I only stayed for one day but would definitely recommend staying given its location to the airport.. The hotel is well lit and there is a restaurant attached. Definitely try out the restaurant attached.

Avoid this hotel if you need a airport collection

We usually stay at Phuket Airport but always at the Airport Resort & Spa. They always pickup from the airport. Although much more expensive, we booked the Aviator as it also indicated a free airport pickup and the room has an adjoining pool. We emailed this hotel the day we made the booking and again 2 days out from our arrival, all through Hotels.com, advising our flight details. The hotel never responded. Infact they never intended to supply the airport pickup service. After 1 hr wandering around looking for our name, and a phone call, we paid for the local taxi service. This hotel fraudulently offers a service on the Hotels.com website which they don't even advise that or provide and deliberately did not respond to the emails. They should be avoided as it is terrible being let down at the airport after a late night arrival.

Upon arrival no one helped us with our luggages. The entrance is very hidden so it was difficult for our driver to find where to drop us off. Also the breakfast was okay.

Pros:

Good but rooms look old fashion, close to airport is a plus . Lots of great places to eat for cheap.Hana Bryani is a great place to eat for breakfast/ lunch or dinner. Street food place to the right of the westside 7 eleven has very good fried chicken or wings.
