Впечатления самые хорошие. Если нравятся домашние животные, есть кошки и собака.
Pros:

Близко к остановкам трамвая, метро. Рядом набережная, можно гулять. Магазины с продуктами, много ресторанчиков и кафе рядом в Балате. Приветливые хозяева. В номере тепло, и открывается окно.

Cons:

Нет лифта, если нести вещи наверх. Но мне помогали.

Прекрасное место, приятные и гостепреимные люди
Pros:

Это прекрасное место, отличающееся особым гостеприимством, очень вкусными завтраками, приятной домашней атмосферой и клевыми кошками :)
В номере было чисто и уютно, кровати с удобными матрасами, было все необходимое для комфортного пребывания.

Best value along the Golden Horn
Pros:

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location 150 meters from the edge of the sea along the Golden Horn makes it delightful, and hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. However, the owner/concierge is simply outstanding. He is kind-hearted and very helpful! Since he is extremely knowledgeable about Istanbul, his advice is simply priceless. His kindness and good sense of humor were undoubtedly the best thing about the hotel. All of the sweet kitty-cats that he has rescued are pretty nice too!
Unless you are severely allergic to cats, I really recommend this as your first choice for a place to stay in the Fatih district.

Einfaches sauberes Hotel, mit im Winter beheizten Zimmer
Pros:

Auf Fußdistanz vom Zentrum in einem Wohnviertel mit vielen lokalen Geschäfften und sehr preiswerten Restaurants.
Sehr nettes Personal und ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Zimmer im Winter schön warm.

Cons:

Der initiale Eindruck, da ich direkt aus einem 5 Sterne Luxushotel kam, ließ mich zuerst erschrecken. Dennoch war das Hotel Lotus fantastisch, somit bin ich 10 Tage geblieben.

Отель рекомендую не слишком притязательным туристам
Pros:

Не смотря на позднее прибытие (после 22:00) нас ждали и очень быстро заселили вместо 3-х местного в 4-х местный номер. Номер чистый, белье и полотенца белоснежные. Кровати мягкие, удобные. В номере холодильник и чайник. Персонал очень доброжелательный, хозяева радушные. Завтрак вкусный. Отель удобно расположен по отношению к основным достопримечательностям.

Не рекомендую данный отель, может только те кто летит с животными и всё
Pros:

Фото с сайта не соответствует действительности, хозяин очень грубый человек оказался (обиделся на слова что номер не такой, что он старый и есть запах и цена завышена учитывая как далеко от центра расположен отель) сразу начал ругаться, очень странный тип. Только в отеле Битер персонал хороший и всё (на 1 ночь я там осталась)

Cons:

Выше описала что Не понравилось. Так как ничего не понравилось. Номер в другом их отеле предложили но и он тоже просто не соответствует тем оценкам что указаны на букинг. Завтрак - это не завтрак ( все сухое, старое холодное)

Great place to stay in Balat
Pros:

Loved all the cats! The owners also set us up with a late night taxi ride to the airport. Was a wonderful place to stay in Balat. Highly recommend!
