Ra Premiere Simatupang

I stay at RA Simatupang regularly when I am in Jakarta.

There has been alot of changes, starting with the restaurant and food. Its 100% improved. New Year's excellent food and event.

Staff are always wonderful from when you walk in to when you leave.

My only issue, the aircond thermostats still not working, but I'm sure it will be addressed as the management are improving everything.

A lovely place to stay, good value for money, restaurant, entertainment, good facilities and lovely people.

Will remain on my list of places to stay.

The room is spacious and undeniably comfy. I really enjoy my stay here. The staff are very helpful too! However, the internet seemed to get troubled at my second night. I like the surrounding area as I can explore by walking or cycling (they provide bike rent!). I can't wait to go back!

I’ve been on a business trip here for the past 45 days, and I must say, I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the service and hospitality. The staff have been incredibly friendly and helpful – a special shoutout to Lita, Asti, Fita, Sabrina, Jennifer, Dila, Deva, Olivia, and Kayla. Their warm smiles and welcoming nature have made my stay truly enjoyable.

I’d happily recommend this place for its comfortable stay, delicious food, and above all, the genuine warmth of hospitality. Thank you for making my trip a pleasant one!

Best and recommended hotel arround south jakarta. Close to MRT and so many restaurant near hotel. Must stay in here if u want to stay in South Jakarta! And the cafe so much delicious! Dont forget, Mrs Okta so much helpfull in pool area

Pengalaman saya yg luar biasa dpt menginap selama 2 malam di Hotel Ra Premiere Simatupang. Hotelnya nyaman, cozy, suasananya hangat dan tenang. Saya suka dg fasilitas "meja kerja" di dalam room. Special thanks to Ms. Shabrina for your sweet and warm smile, your excellent service, and for upgrading my room at my second night. It was so great to stay at 19th floor so I could enjoy the beauty of the city. I will happily stay at Ra Premiere Simatupang hotel during my next time visit to Jakarta and will also recommend it to my friends and colleagues. Oh ya...I enjoyed the menu at the Rumangsa cafe, I asked the waitress whether I could bring the fresh water bottle back home as a souvenir, and I did it. Thank u.

Stay here for 2nights to celebrate my birthday, and get my room upgraded to studio executive, cake compliments (a bit shock cause in another hotel I have to request to get this one 😂) thank you Sabrina for making my day ❤️

Spacious room dan great hospitality. Various bfast with good taste. Bed sheet maybe can be upgraded with a new one. But overall its a great hotel to stay thx to shabrina.

Pengalaman menginap yg menyenangkan, proses check in yg mulus tanpa masalah, kamar diupgrade, Mbak Shabrina and all the staff are very helfull. Thank you Ra Premiere.. will come back soon

good place to stay, and also good hospitality from the staffs. but recycled water in my bathroom a bit stingy, not sure if it is hygiene or not.

Nice 4 star hotel at south Jakarta. The resto just new renovated, quite small but it can fit around 70 pax. The F&B and jamu was delicious. The staff nice and thank you ms Asti for your hospitality

The hotel staffs are very polite and welcome, firstly quick facilitation on room reservation. My room has been upgraded to the suite and the city view is look very beautiful.

The room is neat and clean. Hotel staffs from the lobby, reception services to layana restaurant, very friendly and helpful.

Nice staying at Ra premier. Very beautiful swimming pool, and food for breakfast. But room i thing need some little improvement.
