Cons:

Lack of crockery, only 2 mugs, only one saucepan and 1 frying pan so limited on self catering side. Grill pan was dirty so wouldn’t use it. Appeared previous occupants pinched batteries out of TV remote so had to purchase some. Sofa bed not very comfortable to sit on .
