Pros:

This place is pretty basic. It has all of your essential needs not any of the bells and whistles, but that’s totally fine. It has a nice view from the parking lot of the mountains. The best part about this place is the parking is absolutely free which every hotel around the area you have to pay for parking which is so terrible so we like that in the staff is really nice. My wife was having some medical issues and the staff let her checked in like really early. I think maybe like before noon or something like that was real crazy but they were so nice to do that so my wife could be more comfortable until I could get home for work, but yeah if you’re looking for something really basic and not compromising too much on quality. This is your place and of course I really like their pet policy. It’s not like really outrageous to bring your pets so that’s another huge plus too so yeah I can’t say enough. Good things about my place. Just pretty simple and straightforward.

Good location but not a comfortable stay
Pros:

Good location. Friendly staff. Close to old mill district, which has various food choices and waterfront parks.

Cons:

The bath drain was blocked, which was such a bummer when you realized it while showering. The bed was uncomfortable.

I would definitely stay there again if I am in Bend, OR.
Pros:

It is a nice, clean hotel. Our room had two queen beds which was nice. It seems to be close to restaurants and other needed services.

Would stay again.
Pros:

Great location to Old Mill District—just a short walk away. Super clean and spacious room.

Cons:

The pillows were all really firm and overstuffed. We were given a room right next to a family with a toddler and baby who cried very late at night and early in the morning. While not the fault of the hotel, there weren’t that many guests so they could have spaced out the guest more.
