Good value for a quick night in Bend
Das Hotel liegt in einer guten Gegend von Bend. Zimmer war groß und sauber. Gab auch Gästewaschmaschinen, was sehr praktisch war.
The location is a good walking distance to The Mill District and Hayden Homes Amphitheater were we attended concerts. The full size room refrigerator, table and bed were comfortable.
The price was exceptionally high and the property has no workout room, no pool, and no free breakfast. These are the amenities I would expect for the rate charged.
Location was excellent for activities in the old mill district.
The mattress was a bit worn out with sagging in the middle.
I had a very nice 3 night stay at this hotel. The room was clean and quiet as was the hotel in general. The hotel is conveniently located with it being a 10 minute walk to the Old Mill district and a 25 minute walk to downtown Bend. The staff was also very nice.

The air conditioning wouldn’t cycle. Either it was off and warm in the room or on a got too cold. Bed was too low and not very comfortable.
Location was great. Close to shopping and entertainment. Very cozy boutique hotel. Rooms were clean and very quiet. We were pleasantly surprised. Great value.

Long term stay hotel with minimal amenities. Designed for low cost extended stay yet is priced like a 3 star hotel in the ridiculously expensive city of Bend. Greed prevails in the city's hotels.
