Good location but not a comfortable stay
Pros:

Good location. Friendly staff. Close to old mill district, which has various food choices and waterfront parks.

Cons:

The bath drain was blocked, which was such a bummer when you realized it while showering. The bed was uncomfortable.

I would definitely stay there again if I am in Bend, OR.
Pros:

It is a nice, clean hotel. Our room had two queen beds which was nice. It seems to be close to restaurants and other needed services.

We reserve for 4 adults and 1 kid (15years old ) and only had 2 beds and one recliner.

Would stay again.
Pros:

Great location to Old Mill District—just a short walk away. Super clean and spacious room.

Cons:

The pillows were all really firm and overstuffed. We were given a room right next to a family with a toddler and baby who cried very late at night and early in the morning. While not the fault of the hotel, there weren’t that many guests so they could have spaced out the guest more.

Great location for teens to explore the city!
Pros:

This hotel was for my teens, it allowed teens over 18, so the teens were happy that they were allowed and they had no problems checking in or out.

Cons:

There could be a pool and perhaps some free snacks? Some utensils to be able to cook?

Pros:

convenient, walkable location; excellent helpful staff; wonderfully comfortable bed; bathtub; kitchenette; free tea in lobby; views from room

Cons:

an herbal tea selection would be lovely; a bit noisy between rooms and from doors closing (perhaps adjust doors) but not horribly; dog 'leavings' in front of hotel in lawn.
