Quaint hotel with great amenities.
Pros:

Location was great. Close to shopping and entertainment. Very cozy boutique hotel. Rooms were clean and very quiet. We were pleasantly surprised. Great value.

Low cost hotel in expensive city

Cons:

Long term stay hotel with minimal amenities. Designed for low cost extended stay yet is priced like a 3 star hotel in the ridiculously expensive city of Bend. Greed prevails in the city's hotels.

Save your money—stay elsewhere!
Pros:

Dealing with the front desk staff upon checkout was a complete nightmare. For starters, our credit cards got charged incorrect amounts several times and they wanted to increase our charges upon checkout to reflect a higher per night amount because of a concert that was going on here in Bend (despite us having the quoted amount when we booked seven months ago.) Additionally, we had to come down to the desk each day to ask for our garbages to be emptied, toilet paper and Kleenex to be restocked, clean towels, etc. We were aware that housekeeping only comes every four days, but we were told upon check-in to just let them know at the desk if we needed anything. So we did, but had to come down to the desk each night because nothing had been done. This hotel seems to have a crew of teenagers manning the front desk most of the time and none of them appeared to be equipped to deal with any issues.
Also, this hotel has “no smoking” signs clearly posted yet the smell of marijuana was pervasive throughout the hotel…in the elevators, lobby, and hallways.
We overheard someone at the front desk asking for a different room because the room she was given smelled like pet urine (this is a pet friendly hotel.)
If you are traveling to Bend, I would suggest finding a different hotel.

Great value!
Pros:

This was our first experience with the My Place Hotel chain. We were very pleased with everything about our visit. The room was well appointed, beds extremely comfortable, and everything was clean and well organized.

Cons:

Can’t think of a single negative!

Stayed here a few times now and it’s great value and super comfortable aside from the high loft pillows.
Pros:

Quiet, comfortable and convenient

Cons:

All the pillows are very high. It would be great if they had at least one pillow that was flatter or softer.
