No es posible que no estén al pendiente de que se apaga el calentador habiendo huéspedes, desde el día de la entrega argumentaron que tardaba en subir el agua caliente pero el agua estuvo helada y al final solo argumentaron que el calentador estaba apagado. Nada recomendable

Apesar de que llegamos por la noche para hacer el check in, nos atendieron bien y amables, adicional que se acercaron por la mañana para preguntar que si todo había estado bien, un lugar limpio, muy tranquilo y con una muy bonita vista!

El hotel cumple con las.expevtativas, realmente estuvimos para dormir prácticamente pero muy bien, nos guiaron para llegar, nos dieron recomendaciones locales, en general muy bien. Lo que rebasó las expectativas fue que olvide el celular y nos buscaron para notificarnos al respecto, fue un gran gesto.
