Pros:

Posizione e parcheggio. Struttura e arredamento alla fine piacevoli.

Cons:

Mi sarei aspettato di avere una camera più ampia visto che eravamo in 3 e soprattutto con un letto vero per mia figlia, non una brandina a 5 centimetri da terra. Tre letti attaccati con il terzo rasoterra. Non è ciò che mi aspetto per la cifra richiesta. Ho dormito in altre strutture molto migliori anche a meno.
Va bene che era solo per una notte….pero!!!!

Bella struttura tranquilla nei dintorni di Sintra
Pros:

Struttura posizionata a metà strada tra Sintra e Cabo de Roca con parcheggio gratuito. Per spostarsi bisogna usare la macchina perché nelle vicinanze non c’è nulla. Detto ciò, lo staff si è dimostrato super gentile e disponibile nelle nostre richieste, e tutto il piano terra della struttura è pensato per attività serali o comunitarie (tv, divani, biliardo, pianoforte) ed è molto carino. Colazione abbondante e variegata. La nostra camera da piccola ma accogliente

Il bagno della nostra camera avrebbe sicuramente bisogno di essere ammodernato

An excellent value inn on a large property with good food and comfort.
Pros:

The buffet breakfast was good, filling, with healthy options.
The manager and staff were very hospitable.
The large outdoor deck and gardens property on the edge of a national park, which is very quiet with nature.
The functional balcony for rooms facing the west gardens on the first floor. Great for having your coffee and wine.
They now serve proper meals for dinner which is improving.
The indoor lounge area is enormous and very comfortable for multiple groups.

Cons:

The rooms are quite small and basic, but there is no reason to spend time in them other than sleeping. They have many large open spaces elsewhere.

​I wanted to give this hotel a higher rating because the location is good. We originally planned to stay for one night, but decided to extend for another night. However, the service was unacceptable.
​On the first day, we arrived for breakfast an hour before it ended, but there was no food left. We literally had to beg for food. We thought it was just a bad mood of the girl at the reception, so we ignored it.
​The real problem happened when we checked out. We forgot a men's summer suit in the wardrobe. We remembered it quickly and returned after a few hours. The same girl at the reception rudely told us that they found nothing. She refused to help.
​I had to insist and demand to check the security cameras. Only after I threatened to call the police, she called the cleaner. After the third attempt, she finally brought out our suit. When I told her that she needs to be customer-oriented, she just insulted us.
​As an entrepreneur, I travel a lot and I know the high cost of customer acquisition. This behavior kills your business. I am writing this to warn the owner: you need to save your business from this staff.
​The only reason I do not give a 1-star rating is the man who works there. He replaces this girl sometimes, and he is very professional, helpful, and customer-oriented. It was a pleasure to deal with him.
