Piękna okolica i dobra lokalizacja bardzo blisko Sintry i wszystkich pałaców. Blisko Cabo da Roca. Bardzo przyjazny personel i spokój (przynajmniej zimą).

Cons:

W hotelu są pojedyncze szyby i słabo grzejąca klimatyzacja. Dlatego trzeba sobie mocno nagrzać w ciągu dnia, żeby w nocy nie zmarznąć, bo temperatura w pokoju wynosiła 15 stopni. Zimą jest w Portugalii dość kapryśnie, jeśli chodzi o pogodę. Ale jak się nagrzało, to wzrastała do 22 stopni.

Pros:

Staff were amazing, and the breakfast was fine, particualrly for €10. Location is good, I know Colares as I visit at least once a year so this was well located. Just be careful walking to village as there are sections without paving. Not recommended for young kids to walk to village tbh.

Cons:

Bad points are noise. Any noise in the foyer echoes up through the hotel and you will hear it your room.

Also - and this is not the fault of the hotel – on my first night I had a family in the room next to me where the adults (3) made a load of noise (shouting, laughing etc) between 10pm and 12.30am even though it is supposed to quiet from 10. I was there for a mtb trip which meant I was up early and wanted to sleep. It was until I knocked on their door at 12.30am and asked them to be quiet they actually settled down. So be aware you will hear everything, so pack earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Mould – there was black mould all over the curtains, and in other parts of the room. This is a health risk. It can be addressed with regular maintenance but hotel does not seem to do this.

If you can live with the above, it's good value for money in a good location.

Emplacement calme, bien situé près de Sintra et de la côté. Chambre avec balcon et jolie vue sur le jardin. Lits confortables et climatisation. Grand parking. Accueil agréable.

Cons:

La chambre est un peu petite pour quatre personne et manque un bureau / fauteuil.

Calmo e reservado, limpo e quarto muito confortável.

Cons:

O pequeno almoço só é servido depois das 08:00, mesmo depois de ter pedido a 3 funcionários se podiam disponibilizar mais cedo, uma vez que tinha de sair antes dessa hora, tal não foi possível, o que se tornou decepcionante visto que tinha escolhido este hotel um pouco mais longe precisamente por ter pequeno almoço incluido no preço... mas pronto, consegui tomar café , já não foi mau.

Son emplacement et la gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel

Cons:

La vétusté de l’hôtel, le bruit entre toutes les chambres et le bruit de l’ascenseur et la cage d’escalier et les canalisations d’eau très bruyantes.
