Personal simpático y la piscina

Cons:

Les pedí un cambio de habitación ya que la q medieron, q no era realmente la q me iba a tocar, daba para la calle y los motores del hotel o de enfrenta. Encima en mi planta parece q metieron a todos los que iban de fiesta más una pareja q me despertó a las 2 de mañana con una fuerte pelea q duro 1 hora. Me cambiaron de habitación que un principarwcia ser tranquila, pues no. El aa/cc muy ruidoso que les dije que fueran a mirarlo y me da que no se pudo arreglar y encima estaba una de las calle de fiesta detrás. Si vienes a descansar mejor busca otra cosa

Pros:

Second time staying at the Dewan- not as big as room this time. Next to lift and could hear it operating at times - otherwise quiet. Great location nearby the kohsan road but away from the hecticness and noise. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Bed was a little hard, no room cleaning during our 3 night stay but we were up late. Had to give 1000THB cash damage deposit which wasn't specified.

Super fijne locatie, bedden moeten echt beter

Locatie is top! Ligt echt super fijn, je kan alle kanten op. Als je rechtsaf gaat als je het hotel uitkomt en dan weer de eerste rechts heb je een super leuke straat om lekker te eten en een drankje te doen. Ook zit er een doorsteek naar Koh San Road. Personeel is vriendelijk maar afstandelijk. Kamers worden alleen schoongemaakt als je het aanvraagt!!!!

Cons:

De bedden zijn echt SUPER HARD!!!!!! Wij hebben beiden last gehad na het slapen, dusdanig dat ik een blauwe plek had op mijn heup van het op mijn zij slapen.

Kiedyś to musiał być dobry hotel niestety trochę przestarzały i proszący o remont.Plusy na pewno lokalizacja.Dobre miejsce do zwiedzania i imprezowania.Blisko do restauracji i sklepów.Dobre śniadania i wygodne łóżka.Reszta no cóż w pierwszy dzień dzieciaki znalazły jakiegoś gigantycznego robala,na śniadaniu utłukłem dzbanek z sokiem nie było jak go postawić w pojemniku z lodem.Zrobili dochodzenie chcieli obciążyć kosztami.Pierwszy raz w hotelu spotkałem się z taka akcją.Pokoje strasznie ciemnie.Wszystko wymalowane jakąś farbą jak olejnica..Na zdjęciach wygląda zdecydowanie lepiej.Klima tak hałasuje że nie idzie spać.

Un’esperienza spiacevole, soprattutto al check-out

Esperienza purtroppo molto negativa al Dewan Hotel Bangkok.

L’aspetto più deludente del soggiorno è stato il comportamento dello staff: accoglienza poco cordiale e, in diverse occasioni, atteggiamenti che abbiamo trovato poco professionali e non adeguati a una struttura alberghiera.

L’episodio più spiacevole si è verificato al momento del check-out. Ci è stato richiesto un pagamento aggiuntivo per un telo da bagno che, secondo lo staff, sarebbe stato sporco. La cosa che ci ha lasciati ancora più perplessi è che la stessa identica richiesta è stata fatta anche alla famiglia che viaggiava insieme a noi.

Di fronte a questa situazione abbiamo discusso con il personale, contestando la richiesta. Alla fine, per evitare di prolungare ulteriormente una situazione già molto spiacevole, abbiamo preferito pagare quanto richiesto e andare via. Avevano una cauzione che si rifiutavano di restituire.

Ho viaggiato moltissimo, soggiornando in numerosi hotel e in diversi Paesi del mondo, e non mi era mai capitata un’esperienza simile. Il fatto che la stessa richiesta sia stata rivolta contemporaneamente anche ai nostri compagni di viaggio mi ha fatto sorgere seri dubbi su questo modo di gestire il check-out.

Peccato, perché un hotel non si giudica soltanto dalla camera o dalla posizione: accoglienza, professionalità e correttezza nei confronti degli ospiti sono altrettanto importanti.

Personalmente, dopo questa esperienza, non tornerei al Dewan Hotel Bangkok e non mi sento di consigliarlo.
