We had a wonderful stay here.

The location is absolutely perfect, and while the facilities are not ultra luxurious, everything was very clean and comfortable.

What made our stay truly special was the kindness of the staff — especially Tony at the front desk. Our flight arrived very early in the morning, so we left our luggage and were awkwardly waiting around wondering what to do for breakfast and how to spend the time before check-in. Tony kindly helped us arrange an early check-in, and we were honestly so grateful for his thoughtful care and consideration. Thanks to him, we could start our trip in Korea feeling relaxed and comfortable.

All of the front desk staff were very friendly, and the housekeeping staff were also warm and kind throughout our stay.

I truly hope this hotel continues to do well for many years because it deserves to be loved by many travelers. Thank you again, Tony!

Stay at Hotel Peyto Samseong
Pros:

My friend and I were warmly greeted by the staff at the reception area. Tony handled our check-in and he was patient throughout the process. He also explained that our room was ready and we could check in early, to which we were grateful for.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

good hotel but location is not optimal for tourism
Pros:

pleasant and efficient staff. handy to metro. very good value. comfortable room. quiet due to my room being on the 13th floor. clean. having the 7 eleven and mcdonalds downstairs was convenient at the end of long tourism day battling the crowds in this very busy city.

Cons:

this area is a long way from most sights in Seoul. be prepared for a 40 minute metro ride in a packed sardine can each way to get anywhere. they need more than two lifts for guests, could lead to delays getting in and out of the room.

Pros:

Great hotel, clean and nice. The staff was very friendly. There's a 711 downstairs. There's also a McDonald's next door. The exit to the Starfield Library is directly opposite. A very convenient location. I recommend it.

Cons:

The only strange thing was the 200,000 won deposit. There was no information about it on booking.
