Overall, everything was great. Will consider for next stay if I visit Kuantan.
Pros:

The room and bathroom was very clean during my stay there. The breakfast selection varies, got many options you can go too. Ambience was excellent, service from staff was great.

Cons:

Waited too long for check in, maybe need to add counter reception during peak hour.
