From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective from 1st March 2022, guests are required to pay MYR 3 per room per night for Cukai Kelestarian (Sustainability Tax) by the State Government. This is not included in the room rate and will be paid directly at the hotel.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The location near to the mall
I would like to provide feedback on my recent experience during my stay at the hotel. Upon returning from Gambang at 4.30pm, I was disappointed to find my bedroom unclean and not yet serviced. This delay in room cleaning was particularly inconvenient after having to wait for 10 minutes for the elevator, with only one functioning for regular guests while the others were reserved for VIPs. Furthermore, the elevator I eventually used had a blackout issue, adding to the overall frustration. This lack of timely room servicing and cleanliness has diminished my satisfaction with my stay. I hope that improved efficiency and attention to cleanliness can be ensured for future guests to have a more pleasant experience.

Stayed here for one night during a business trip and had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's rest after a long day. The hotel's location is perfect, right in the city centre, with the biggest shopping mall just opposite, making it very convenient for dining and any last-minute shopping.
The check-out process was super fast and efficient, which was a big plus when rushing to my next appointment.
The only downside was that the bathroom lighting was quite dim, which could be improved. Other than that, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again for future business trips.
