Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Als unsere Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte, war sofort ein Haustechniker zur Stelle, leider ohne Erfolg. Wir haben daraufhin umgehend ein anderes Zimmer bekommen.
Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Cons:

Das Hotel wird als 5-Sterne-Hotel und das beste am Platz angepriesen.
Das kann ich so nicht bestätigen.
Die Zimmer/die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht gut in Stand gehalten. Zum Teil defekt oder alt und abgewohnt.
Was allerdings noch unschöner war, war der Reinigungszustand. Der Teppich mit Flecken, die Oberflächen der Tische/Ablagemöglichkeiten nicht gewischt, Gläser und Badarmaturen mit Fingerabdrücken und Gebrauchsspuren. Das Bad war sonst okay, die Duschtüre allerdings defekt, demzufolge das ganze Bad nach dem duschen unter Wasser.
Auch wenn das zweite Zimmer in einem besseren Zustand war, würde ich das Hotel zu diesen Preisen nicht noch einmal buchen.
