Pros:

The check in and check out process went well and smooth. Location is good, parking available.

Cons:

The lighting in room. The glass window was dirty as if not being cleaned up for months/years. The breakfast didnt meet 5 star expectation.

Cons:

the bidet was dripping when i arrived which they fix to 95% cause it still drip a little. but acceptable. the bathtub and sink was slightly clogged up without even closing the hole. the bed was a bit soft (causing body ache)but acceptable as the duvet was comfortable. all in all its alright. just they wont allow for late check out 1-2 hours despite it being post school holiday.

A pleasant and comfortable stay with excellent rooms, good breakfast, and a convenient location.

Had a great stay here! 😊 The room was excellent — clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of choices. The location was also great and convenient for getting around. Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!
