perfect spot for Kuantan.
Pros:

The bed sheet, towels and the room smells so nice, not that wet-cloth smelly smell. very clean. thats the exceptional from other hotel.

Bilik kotor tak seperti hotel 4 star
Pros:

Location. Berdekatan dengan East Coast Mall.

Cons:

- Kotor, ada rambut dalam bathtub, cermin bilik berhabuk dan kotor, tilam ada rambut, meja berhabuk. No wonder hotel ni tak full. Setaraf AC Hotel tapi AC Hotel berjuta kali ganda bersih dari Zenith. Lif pula slow kena tunggu lama.

All in all a good place to stay if you want easy access to 2 shopping malls across the road.
Pros:

The room was big and the bedding comfy and clean. The WiFi connection was great too. The gym was good and the machines were all in working order. The infinity pool area was clean and a good place to enjoy the view. Towels were provided at both places.

Cons:

The lifts were extremely slow and 2 of them were out of order. So it took a really long time to get on a lift which was not already full especially during peak hours (breakfast time). As for breakfast, it was adequate, with a wide variety of dishes. However, it would have been better if the roti canai was actually made fresh and not those frozen ones you buy from the supermarket. This was a shame as the curries to go with the roti canai were tasty. The pastries could also use a warmer to keep them fresh/warm.

Pros:

Very near to East Coast Mall, can walk there. The breakfast is good, especially the local cuisines.

Cons:

The staff had a miscommunication. One said need a deposit of RM200 for a one night stay, so we had to walk to the other side of the building just to cash out. But then the other staff said no need deposit. Wasted my time for nothing.
