Pros:

All good, good amenities and central location.

Cons:

I was at the higher level and staying during a busy weekend so getting up and down took some time due to the crowds.

A comfortable stay with a great location near the mall for family shopping and relaxation.
Pros:

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. The best part was the location because it is directly opposite the mall. My wife really enjoyed shopping and walking around the mall during our stay. The room was also spacious and comfortable for the family.

Cons:

Everything was good overall and we had a pleasant stay.

Wonderful and relaxing overnight in Kuantan...
Pros:

This was my first time staying at the hotel as it was in the city centre and I'm just overnighting after a wedding event nearby. The concierge team was there to collect my baggage after dropping off my wife. Parked my car at the multi-storey car park (as the hotel was part of a convention centre). Anyhow, there was a dedicated parking level(s) for the hotel. The best part is that I didn't have to take a lift to the lobby area, just a small ramp. Checking in was quite fast even though quite a number of guests at that time. There were 5 lifts going up to the rooms, so it was not a long wait. The room was quite a spacious and comfortable bed. I liked the fresh smell of the pillows. All the lightings were working, and you have an option for ambience lighting. One small single sofa with a foot stool is quite comfortable. The TV was a smart TV with Google TV plus some fixed channels such as TV1, TV2, and others. Large window glass where you could see the infinity pool down there and Bukit Sekilau area in front ( plus a small hills, probably Bukit Galing). The bathroom was large, where there was a glass door to the bath tub and shower area. What I liked was that the shower (rain shower and hand shower) was located beside the bathtub, not in the bathtub, which is normally a bit dangerous. The air-conditioning control was marvellous, where a simple adjustment between 22 to 24 deg C, you could feel the difference. I didn't try their breakfast as I was fasting but managed to buy 2 pcs of croissants at the cafe in the lobby area, and it was wonderful. The East Cost Mall just across a street from the lobby, and I could see Subway, Black Canyon, and other outlets at street level.

Cons:

Maybe add additional lighting in the bathroom to make it brighter and it will be perfect.
