From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective from 1st March 2022, guests are required to pay MYR 3 per room per night for Cukai Kelestarian (Sustainability Tax) by the State Government. This is not included in the room rate and will be paid directly at the hotel.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Strategic location in town
The room was nice and comfortable. The location is great, right in the middle of town, and the Google TV was an excellent addition to the stay.
I was quite disappointed with the breakfast experience during my stay. The variety was very limited and definitely did not meet the standard expected of a 5-star hotel. Around 8:00 AM, several items had already run out, and the staff did not replenish them promptly.
The overall selection was even worse than what I have experienced in some 3-star hotels. In addition, the food was not very tasty, and it seemed like there was little effort put into the breakfast service.
Overall, while the room was good and satisfying, the breakfast was a major disappointment.
