Great Hotel, Please Upgrade Deposit System
Pros:

Still one of the best city hotel in Pahang that i occasionally stop by whenever i travel KT-KL

Cons:

the RM200 CASH deposit or credit card only is a major hassle. I dont own a credit card due to personal preferences so cash is my only options.

In a cashless world, requiring physical cash for a deposit feels very outdated and is a huge inconvenience for guests. I strongly suggest management looks into pre-authorization or e-wallet options to modernize the check-in process.
I’d love to return and reevaluate my review stars once the deposit system is updated!
