Premessa, “l’hotel” si trova all’interno di un palazzo di 7 piani dove in diversi piani sono presenti altri hotel. Non posso valutare positivamente il personale perché non era presente se non 2 ore la mattina, non è un hotel 3 stelle superior, può essere definito tranquillamente un BeB con check-in automatico, motivo per cui il personale era assente pressoché tutto il giorno. Adesso, ritornando alla premessa, non è assolutamente accettabile che va via la luce nel quartiere ed un palazzo di 7 piani con appunto diversi “hotel” che si qualificano come 3/4 stelle superior, nel momento in cui va via la luce, in estate, non abbiano la disponibilità di un generatore autonomo che permetta di avere la luce in casi di emergenza, per cui impossibilità di utilizzare il climatizzatore per diverse ore e la camera che è diventa una sauna. Inoltre, in assenza di luce è impossibilità di utilizzare l’ascensore, 7 piani a piedi in estate non sono una passeggiata, quindi sudore per le scale e sudore in camera. In conclusione, se il rapporto qualità prezzo è positivo per pulizia e posizione, sicuramente è deludente per i servizi.
