L'appartamento era pulito e aveva tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. La posizione era comoda per visitare la città e trascorrere qualche giorno a Palermo.
Nel complesso è stata una buona esperienza e l’appartamento ha soddisfatto le nostre esigenze.

Excellent central location and very good air conditioning; these were the only major positives for us.

Cons:

I travel frequently and always try to leave positive reviews, but this stay was very disappointing. The Wi-Fi did not work at all during our 7-night stay, which was particularly serious for us as we had work deadlines and needed a reliable connection. Although management explained that the problem was with their provider and beyond their direct control, no alternative solution was offered, such as a hotspot or another temporary internet connection available nowadays. We also experienced repeated hot-water problems, poor housekeeping and a poorly maintained terrace. Excellent location, but overall the property did not match the hotel experience advertised on Booking.com.
