Pros:

The room was quite small but felt spacious. The staff was nice, the bed was comfortable and there was AC. I shared a bathroom with the guest in the room next to me but that was not complicated at all and the bathroom was really clean. The hotel was a mix of old and new, with a nice vibe to it. There was even a fridge, and a Finnish moomin mug which was a cute, surprising detail.

Pros:

Location in quiet street, 10 minutes walk from BTS and Sathorn Pier. Everything you need in walking distance, very convenient public commute to all the important places.

Cons:

A little bit worn out, could use a refresh, but for the price perfect for a short stay in BKK.

Cons:

Hotch potch mish mash attempt at 'let's me a hip retro hotel' . Questionable decor through out. Upon arrival we were told we could not smoke outside or even anywhere on the street. Staff didn't seem overly friendly but then again nothing about the place did

Pros:

Propreté impeccable, coin pour travailler, bars qui sert des cafés et petits-dejeuners au top! Emplacement près de l’embarcadère et en face d’un supermarché et street food. très jolis dortoirs, décorés avec goût.

Hôtel très bien situé sur Chaoreng road
Pros:

Établissement très bien situé dans une rue parallèle de Chaoreng road, dans le quartier de Sathon. Ma chambre était très spacieuse et propre. J’y séjournais à nouveau avec plaisir.

When we checked in the lady at the front desk said we had a room only on first day and last day,whereas we had booked for 3 nights in a row and i received confirmation email that day morning.
It was for new years eve..
We were waiting in the front desk for 10 mins when they were not even giving the room key as if it was our mistake and when i insisted that the taxi was waiting and we had to leave for sightseeing immediately after checkin.
The lady said sorry, we felt really heartbroken.
Had to say " should we stay in platform then, u have taken money_ u have confirmed room and now u r saying no.. then book another room for us or call the boss" she said No...no boss was called.
They changed the name of the hotel after we booked the room not sure if they changed the name of the room also
Then a guy came and asked the name of the room.when we said superior room they gave us a room where toilet was at the entry and we had to climb ladder for single bed and another one on top of it room had mould smell dead cockroaches in room floor .I dont remember booking such room.booking.com link took to the new hotel name and pics were changed.
We contacted booking.com and received a message stating that thb zero will be given .
Please find attached the pictures.
We were not impressed at all.
We were there without knowing when they are going to evacuate and were very much heartbroken.

I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Pros:

Ein geschmacklich sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.
Bett ist gemütlich, es ist ruhig und das Bad ist schön, sauber und das Duschwasser warm.
Die Lage ist top. Jede Menge Streetfood vor der Tür der richtig gut ist. Seven eleven nebenan. Ich kanns nur empfehlen.
