Pros:

Lage sehr gut, direkt um die Ecke fängt die Duman Street an.
Zimmer war soweit ok. Leider konnte man die Fenster nicht abdunkeln. Zimmer zur Straße hin SEHR LAUT. Baustelle direkt gegenüber. Badezimmer extrem klein. Frühstück, keine große Auswahl.

Cons:

An der Freundlichkeit des Personals ist noch viel Luft nach oben

TV did not work - reported but it never worked for our 4 day stay.
Toilet seat was loose and would not tighten.
Elevator was out the first day but fixed by the second day.

Terrible hotel, old and dirty and the receptionist was miserable. Location on Duval Street was good.

The location was great.

Cons:

Reception only 2m square. Lift not working. Daytime receptionist rude and miserable (at best). Decor 1960s and cheap. Carpets on stairs filthy. Bathroom really tiny. Breakfast room tiny, poor selection of food and very little of it (we asked for more yoghurt and you’d have thought we’d asked for the moon) and no tea available. Plastic knives and forks in dirty plastic bags. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It was old, in disrepair, dirty and the receptionist was miserable.

We came to Key West for a couple of days and it fit our need.
Pros:

Great location in the middle of Duval Street. Close to hop on , hop off trolly locations.
Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Room was clean and quiet. Hotel seemed liked it was recently renovated. Around .8 mile walk from Key West Express ferry drop off location.

You can’t beat the location
Pros:

The roof top deck and location

Bad towels. Rooms were not cleaned well. Overall hotel was not that clean.

Wish I could give this place a better rating. For what I paid per night I expected much more.
Pros:

Good location but that meant noisy at night in our room. Free parking.

Cons:

Didn’t feel very clean. Older building with slanted floors. Wood floor in our room was dirty, after showering I walked a couple times across the floor and my feet were black on the bottoms, we were on the third floor, so it wasn’t street dirt. I’ve stayed in much nicer places for a whole lot less money but not in Key West.

If I go to Key West again, for sure I would stay at the Pegasus.
Pros:

Perfectly located and it included free parking—a must in this crowded town. A number of the reviews I read complained about the noise ( pretty minimal considering the location—bring a sound machine if you are bothered). A number also complained about front desk staff: I found everyone to be gracious and helpful and could not understand what people were complaining about.

Cons:

No complaints at all.
