Nothing Déluxe about this apartment
Pros:

First of all, I want to say that the host was very nice and helpful. Also, the cleaning lady was lovely - I don’t want to upset anyone with this review, but I must leave it as if I saw it myself before booking the apartment; I wouldn’t rent it.
+ The location is great
+ The sea was close (although you must check in advance that it’s the “beach” on rocks)

Cons:

The photos look much nicer than the apartment in real life. The apartment is VERY tired.
There were three of us, and the person who slept on the couch suffered a lot. The couch is old, loud and with stains.
The cleaning refused to wash the dishes because it’s out of their duties.
The lid from air conditioner fell off the first day, it smelled at some point as well (but the host fixed it).
The doors don’t close easily, they are all off and old.
The bathroom was another disappointment: it smelled from time to time, and the water steam was very weak. The washing machine didn’t work well - the clothes we washed were not clean after their washing.
The kitchen: there was nothing like salt or sugar or pepper. But the main problem was that there was not enough cutlery even for two people - let alone three people. I wish I took a picture: there were like 2 cups, 3 glasses, 4 plates, 1 fork, 1 DESSERT fork etc
Wi-Fi didn’t work well enough.
We had only two sets of keys for three adults.

So the price (we paid 1000 EUR) was much higher than this apartment really deserved to cost.

Clean spacious apartments, all amenities are available, helpful host, easy to find a place, there is access for taxies

Cons:

Could be somehow noisy in the weekends evenings, if the window faces the street. But I am a sensitive early bird, travel with earplugs.

Pros:

What an absolute gem, a home away from home. The facilities at the flat were brilliant, just right for our needs. Semih, our host was very welcoming and provided a great service. Above all, you just can not ask for a better location! I will be returning for sure. We loved every moment.

I often stay at this accommodation and it is always brilliant. Excellent staff who make sure you are always well cared for and always very helpful. I will never stay anywhere else when in Antalya.

Ну как всегда такое бывает на отдыхе, кто то из соседей шумит ночью и мешает спать. Без них было великолепно! Администратору надо указать таблички например,после 24 х не шуметь!!!

Pros:

Clean, modern spacious apartment with nice terrace. It’s also very quiet despite it’s in the lost town. Stayed for the second time already! Big plus is the bathroom, it’s hard to find one in Kaleiçi where the show works properly. Very friendly personnel.

Cons:

If you tidy up the garden it would be 11 star :)

good location - sights, restaurants, parks and public transportation in walking distance.
very nice host gave us not only a free room upgrade but also lots of really good local recommendations for food and activities.
clean apartment equipped with bathroom essentials, cleaning stuff and even laundry detergent.

Cons:

Loud music in the neighborhood during the night; but nothing the owner can do about it.
Description said that kitchen would have essentials like salt, pepper, tea, coffee - that was missing, but since we went out for food, we didnt mind.

Antalya we enjoyed, especially ancient ruins. The apartment is basic and shouldn’t be described as Deluxe.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Noisy neighbours. Sofa was both stained and uncomfortable. Bathroom was tiny. Lack of cutlery, no bottle opener. No lamp in sitting room.

Nice apartment in great location.
Pros:

Great location near sites, restaurants and shopping. Large apartment with washing machine. Responsive staff. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Couch was not comfortable. It would have been nice if kitchen had some spices and cooking oil. No coffee or tea provided.

Familievenlig og rummelig lejlighed, rolig og tæt på alt i den historiske gamle bydel.
Pros:

Virkelig god beliggenhed i et roligt hjørne af den gamle bydel. (Man kunne godt høre musik fra hostels om aftenen, men primært på badeværelset og soveværelset vendte rigtigt, så det ikke var generende). Rigtig god service fra personale, der meget gerne ville hjælpe, hvis man havde brug for det. Aflåst hoveddør gjorde opgangen tryg. Lejligheden havde dejligt lysindfald, gode balkoner ud til stille (uudnyttet) have væk fra vejen og aircondition i både stue og soveværelse.

Cons:

På trods af at lejligheden generelt er pæn, bar detaljerne og udførsel tydeligt præg af manglende finish. Døre der bandt, puds fra småskader i loftet, larmende emhætte, manglende ledningstilslutning til sengelamper, valg mellem gasalarm og mikroovn, da det var på samme stik, træpaneler med sjusket afslutning osv. All in all var det detaljer, som i sit store hele ikke påvirkede hvor god lejligheden ellers var med både placering, ruminddeling og møblers komfort.
