In reality the air conditioning is barely working, and with the given humidity and no central heating it is a disaster, we could not open the windows in the living room and the bathroom which made things worse, all of our personal stuff got damp in like 2 days, towels were never really dry, after washing some of our clothes my pajamas was still wet 4 days after.
Furthermore it started to stink in the bathroom on the 4th day because again no proper ventilation and no option to open the windows (at least we could not).
Some other things in the apartment like lamps in the bedroom or the coat rack were broken and also gave the feeling of "tiredness" to the place.
Dust on the furniture like wardrobe and lamps 🫤
Our aparatment did not have any balcony, although i expected one, and all the windows were right in front of the hostel or guest house, which either had loud music till midnight or loud guests who tend to have conversations right under the windows

Enjoyable stay.
Pros:

Very comfortable and well equipped. Location is perfect for a stroll around the old town. The Harbour is a 10 minute walk.
The host was very welcome and helpful.

Well equipped & located apartment in old town
Pros:

Great well equipped apartment located in the old town. Comfortable bed, hot shower & functional kitchen. Washing machine & drying rack were useful. Nice balcony with view into the garden. Quiet area of old town but only a short walk to many bars/ restaurants. Extremely helpful & responsive host.

Cons:

There was some rain damage to the apartment due to the extensive rain they had prior to my visit. When I contacted the host and mentioned the result of the damage, he was extremely responsive and did everything he could to fix the issue. This was very much appreciated.

Great old town location
Pros:

Great location in old town. Spacious. Quiet at night. The terrace would have been nice if the weather had been better. Very nice hosts.

Cons:

No basic kitchen ingredients available. Bed linen average. Sheets barely tucked in. Very dark bathroom with only one light.

Great Old Town location, a spacious clean apartment, and excellent value for money.
Pros:

It is in a great location, in the heart of the old town. It is clean and has everything we needed. The staff continually made sure everything was good and arranged the cleaning to fit in with our schedule. Very good value for money.

Exquisite
Pros:

I stayed at Deluxe Large Flats and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and absolutely perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made the stay very comfortable, and the balcony was a great place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Я согласен со всеми положительными отзывами об этой квартире. Расположение шикарное - в старом городе Антальи, но при этом в тихом районе. Все основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Рядом несколько атмосферных баров, но музыка из них не слышна в квартире. Балкон нашей комнаты выходил в заброшенный сад, что тоже способствовало тишине и хорошему сну. В общем, отличный вариант для спокойного отдыха. Семих прекрасный хозяин, был с нами на связи по WhatsApp, дал ценную информацию по местной инфраструктуре.

Cons:

Как уже говорилось в ряде отзывов, фото квартиры несколько не соответствуют её реальному состоянию. Двери в спальню и ванную до сих пор плохо закрываются, хотя на это уже обращалось внимание прежде. В правилах проживания сказано, что уборка в квартире производится каждый день, но по факту за 4 дня нашего проживания ее не было ни разу. Уборщица пришла только к нашему отъезду. Если бы мы остались ещё хотя бы на полдня, мусор уже просто некуда было бы складывать. Остановился ли я бы в этой квартире ещё раз? Пожалуй, да, но только максимум на 3-4 дня, так как нет гарантии, что в квартире будет производится надлежащая уборка.

Great location. Super jazz house 2 houses from us. Nice balcony. Nice bedroom. There is park near it and if you walk towards the bay, you will find nice pool inside the sea.

Cons:

Tiny bathroom, but thats no problem.

Very good stay in the heart of downtown
Pros:

First of all it is silent part of kaleici. Adan won’t wake up in the morning, neither music from the bars disturbs at night. Everything is ok with water, which is often issue in kaleici. Bed is comfortable, apartment is clear, staff is helpful. Everything is like on the pictures. Very good place to stay.

Cons:

Ac makes horrible sounds sometimes and smoke alarm blinks quite brightly when lights turned off.
Takes time to get used to this “disco”. Lack of space and light in the bathroom.

Pros:

Nicest staff members, very pleasant and helpful, thank you. The location is unbeatable.

Cons:

The bed sheets weren’t clean, someone else’s hairs and stains. The fridge is incredibly loud and the sofa is barely suitable to sleep on.
