Unfortunately, our experience at this property was very disappointing. The room faces a very busy road, and the street noise was so loud that we were unable to rest or even have a normal conversation. In the evening there was additional noise from neighboring rooms, including people yelling at each other.

There were also issues with the bedding. There were no proper blankets on the beds. We found some old blankets in a cupboard, but there were no sheets provided for them.

Heating and air conditioning require an extra payment. When we arrived, the room temperature was only 13°C, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Even with wearing coats, we were cold.

Because of these conditions, we left the property about five hours after checking in, despite having prepaid for a four-night stay. We contacted the owner to request at least a partial refund given that we left the same day, but this was refused.

Afterward, the owner attempted to cancel the booking from her side, which would make it appear as though we never arrived at the property.

The reception area is not staffed properly. It is dark, dingy and messy, and although there is a bell to call staff, we had to wait a bit for someone to answer. When a staff member entered, she was clueless about our reservation until she had to get confirmation from her boss.

In our interactions, the staff were dismissive and the owner impolite.

The Wi-Fi signal is very weak and unreliable.

For context, I spend roughly 120 nights per year in hotels and apartments. This was the first time my wife and I were unable to stay even one night in a place we had booked.

Given our experience, I find it difficult to understand how this property has received such high ratings. We chose it because of the reviews, but our experience was completely different.

Zimno, brudno, zimna woda

Przede wszystkim dostaliśmy nie ten pokój, który został zarezerwowany przez Booking. Miał być apartament z dwoma sypialniami, był z jedną z dwoma oddzielnymi łóżkami zamiast podwójnego. W płycie kuchennej działający ledwo jeden palnik, zagotowanie wody trwało ok. 20 minut, o przygotowaniu posiłków można zapomnieć. Brak czajnika elektrycznego, który miał być w pokoju. Sofy w salonie zapadnięte, wszystko mocno zużyte, część wymaga wymiany. Ledwo cieknąca woda w kranie. Brudne szyby w oknach, na tarasie pordzewiała suszarka, koc w wypaloną dziurą, deska do prasowania z dziurawym pokrowcem. Nigdy nie jesteśmy czepliwi, bo nie spędzamy urlopu w hotelu, ale tym razem niesmak pozostał. Dodatkowym minusem, brak odpowiedzi na wysłaną wiadomość.

brak ciepłej wody- szczególnie rano, mogłoby być trochę czyściej, blisko dość ruchliwej ulicy - stąd brak wyraźnej ciszy w nocy a przez 2 noce straszny hałas spod sklepu po przeciwnej stronie ulicy - Ruscy robili imprezy

Bei Wind klappert die Tür (Sessel hinstellen). Heizung kostet +5€/Tag, also habe ich mich mit einer Decke begnügt (mediterranes Klima).

Parking is tricky to find and a pin or some photos online would be helpful to guests.
We stayed in winter, so things were drafty, with no hot water.
It hasnt good wifi and only greek tv.
Its not very comfy sofas and would need to take blankets from bed to keep warm.
They do offer aircon at £5 a day ,but no point using as the drafts from outside enter apartment, so all heating be lost and is only in the bedroom area of apartment.
Beds are two singles pushed together, not a double that it says an option of.

But im sure be fine in summer, or if you spend time out and just need somewere handy.
You do get what you pay for and do feel its fair on cost, just abit more home comfort would make guests stay longer and be easier to use year round.
