Pros:

Mooie upgrade gekregen. Goed ontbijt, goed diner, fijne spa en zwembad. In de middag lekkere taarten en koffie. Mooie en rustige omgeving. Vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Bedden misschien een beetje hard, maar dat is persoonlijk.

Ottimo ristorante, colazione varia con buonissime marmellate fatte in casa, cena di grande qualità e possibilità di fare una merenda nel pomeriggio con squisite torte fatta in casa.
posizione comodissima per impianti a Obereggen. Piccolo centro Spa ma ben curato con spazi per un vero relax.

Cons:

Andrebbe leggermente diminuita la temperatura delle camere per eccessivo caldo notturno e sarebbe gradita sempre una bottiglia d'acqua in camera.

Relax tra le montagne con Spa e cibo da 10 e lode
Pros:

Camera bella e spaziosa con una bellissima vista sulle montagne. Colazioni e cene gourmet da 10 e lode (avevamo prenotato con formula mezza pensione). Complimenti veramente a chef, pasticceri e a tutto lo staff in cucina e in sala. Ottimo anche il servizio Spa e piscina, perfetto per rigenerarsi a fine giornata.

Cons:

Per informazione se viaggiate con cani, non sono ammessi a cena e vi chiederanno di lasciarli in stanza (perlomeno nel mese di agosto). Nel dubbio, vi suggerirei di chiedere prima alla struttura se avete difficoltà a lasciare il cane solo in un posto non conosciuto.

Het Hotel voldoet prima aan mijn verwachtingen. Personeel is erg vriendelijk.

2 Einzelzimmer gebucht
Das eine Zimmer war sehr schön.
Aber war das zweite Zimmer war
furchtbar. Uralte, zum Teil zerkratzte
Möbel. Vorhang aus den 70er Jahren mitten im Zimmer als Raumteiler!!!
Nicht mal 2 Sterne-Niveau.
Aber die Reaktion der Hotelinhaberin auf unsere Reklamation - sehr sonderbar und ungehobelt: Sie diskutiert generell nicht mit Gästen. !!! Will ihre Nerven schonen. Das war die Aussage auf die Kritik hin. Immerhin haben wir dann erreicht, dass wir für dieses furchtbare Zimmer das eine Abendessen nicht bezahlen mussten.
Schade, hätte sich die Dame ein
bisschen nett , umgänglich gezeigt
wäre es niemals zu so einer Bewertung gekommen.
Das Hotel ist ja sonst sehr schön
Reise seid zig Jahren mit Booking.com
Hatte noch nie eine Reklamation.
