We stayed only for one night and it was excellent stay. I would highly recommend others.
Pros:

The hotel’s location is excellent, just adjacent to the train station. Staff were helpful when we asked which restaurants to go and beautiful spots to visit. The breakfast was excellent, greeted by kind staff and made us coffee. The foods were great and I even asked for a piece of tea bag, thanks very much.

Pros:

I can't recall the name of the man who works on the reception but he was extremely nice, the feeling was we are staying in some luxury hotel, he is really amazing and made our stay in Verona great. The location near the train station was also good for us as we traveled through multiple cities by train with big lagguage. I was afraid it might be noisy, but no, super calm and quiet.

Surprisingly good hotel so close to the station!
Pros:

The location, right by the train station in Verona, was really convenient. The staff were helpful and friendly, the bed comfortable, the bathroom excellent, and the breakfast ... ok.

Cons:

It was hard to find the hotel, as it was supposed to be signposted from Platform 1 of the station but we had to ask for directions and only ever came across one tiny sign. As we arrived pretty late in the evening from the airport, the platforms were deserted apart from homeless people sleeping on the benches ... so it was a bit unnerving not to be able to find it easily.

This is a gem of a hotel! Great value for money. Very happy to recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Excellent location - behind the train station and also close to get buses into Verona. Hotel is modern; the bedroom is bright, spacious, very clean and airy. The bathroom is comfortable f a high standard. The style is modern and furnished tastefully. The room comes with a safe and refreshments. It’s open 24 hours a day.

I have no complaints.

Location is good but quality is lacking
Pros:

God location if you need to be near the bus airport stop or train station. Staff were friendly!

Cons:

The ac was not working in the room, there was a long black hair stuck to one of the new towels, there was a used make up wipe in the bathroom bin. The hairdryer only worked for 20 seconds before stopping. I was only staying for one night so I didn’t even bother asking to switch rooms
