Cons:

Ficamos confusos pois achávamos que era um hotel tradicional. Então tivemos a surpresa que se tratava de um Airbnb. E como não é hotel, tem um esquema de água quente comum em apartamentos residenciais- o que não sabíamos - então ao aproveitar um banho longo, depois de um viagem cansativa, fomos surpreendidos com a falta de água quente (cabelo com shampoo e frio). Depois de algumas horas voltou, tivemos assistência da Anfitriã. Porém, achamos que poderia ter sido evitado o transtorno se essa questão tivesse sido antecipada. Uma questão dessa não existe em hotel, então não estamos acostumados.

Clean apartment with good facilities. Great location being a short walk to the tram and 15mins to the centre of Florence

Great stay and lovely apartment. Location is great being 5min walk from nearest tram into the centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily to a good standard

Cons:

the shower doors had a poor seal so the water leaked out of the shower into the bathroom area.

Ottima posizione, pulizia più che sufficiente ma... rapporto qualità prezzo da rivedere
Pros:

Appartamento carino, dotato di diversi comfort (cucina con piano cottura elettrico, frigo molto pulito e nespresso per il caffè). Arredamento moderno ma mura da tinteggiare. Lenzuola super pulite così come soddisfacente anche la pulizia dei bagni. Posizione ottima, a 4 minuti dalla tranvia sia per il centro che per il Careggi/Meyer.

Cons:

Visto il costo del soggiorno mi aspettavo una pulizia impeccabile anche nelle piccole cose.... (come il pavimento). Nel complesso alcune aree dell'appartamento sono apparse più trascurate. Nel complesso soddisfatta del residence ma potrebbero abbassare un po' il costo
