Pros:

El lugar limpio y cómodo. La parada del tranvía muy cerca. Hay un supermercado muy bueno cerca también.

Cons:

Lo que no nos gustó es que se escuchaban muchos ruidos y cuando nos duchamos la primera se ducho bien y la segunda ya con agua fría.

Professionally managed and quiet
Pros:

Located on a quiet dead-end street, Residence Leopoldo is very professionally managed by a friendly front-office staff; checking-in was easy and instructive. Although outside of the densely crowded historical center surrounding the Duomo, the residence is very convenient for taking the tram -- but the 20-minute walk into the center and to the train station was too easy and flat for us to bother. A great supermarket, offering an extensive gluten-free section (and insight into what the local Florentines eat), is located only a few blocks away, so we were able to prepare most of our meals with high-quality products. The Residence was very clean, providing maid service and a change of linen once during our 5-night stay. The bed was comfortable, wide, and firm; extra pillows and blankets were available. Complimentary toiletries, teas, bottled waters, and slippers were generously provided, and filtered water was available in the front office. The washing machine, clothes rack, and balcony were definite pluses. Overall, a great place to call "home" for 5 days.

Cons:

The slippery bathtub was somewhat frightening while taking a shower, but plenty of hot water was available. More clothes hangers would have been useful.

Perfecto, nos encantó!
Pros:

Perfecto para unos días, estaba súper limpio y tiene todo lo necesario! Muy cerca del tranvía que te deja en el centro en 10 minutos, es muy cómodo! Zona residencial pero con todos los servicios

Cons:

La cama no era del todo cómoda y la ducha no tragaba del todo bien, por lo que se salía un poco el agua

Pros:

2eme fois à florence et 2eme fois dans cet établissement. Très accessible grâce au TRAM tout à proximité à pied.
Les dames de l établissement sont à l écoute et très gentilles.
Établissement tres propre et calme.
Tout était encore une fois parfait.

Excellent!
Pros:

1. Good communication with Gina and Marilena prior to arrival and a friendly welcome when we got there.
2. Spacious,, comfortable, quiet apartment with everything we needed for our week's stay.
3. Great location and only a short tram ride into town (trams very frequent) and nice to be in a non-touristy area.
4. Appreciated the guide and map that Gina gave us about the local area.
We thoroughly recommend Residence Leopoldo and would love to stay there again.
