A lovely city for strolling around in, and a great hotel in a convenient location. Would recommend.
Pros:

The location at the hotel was perfect. Right in the middle of old town and by Piazza Erbe. We had to leave for the airport before breakfast was served but they made sure we had croissants and coffee before they had opened. The room and the bathroom were large enough and comfortable. The staff were great and accommodating. I really liked the reception area! Very cosy and inviting.

Cons:

The smell of disinfectant in the bathroom was quite overpowering when we first arrived but by the time we got back to the hotel at 9pm it had gone.

Charming hotel in a convenient area.
Pros:

Such a cute & charming hotel in the heart of old-town Verona. Really easy to get to from the train station, so location was convenient. Breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful. The room we stayed in was quite spacious & the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

A little bit more lighting in the room would be nice.
