The whole experience was great.

Ontbijt meer dan voldoende, vriendelijk personeel, ligt perfect in het centrum, een beetje achterin het straatje waardoor het heel rustig is maar overal dadelijk bij.

Ein schönes kleines Hotel im Herzen der Stadt
Pros:

Ein schönes kleines Hotel in einer ruhigen Gasse direkt hinter dem Piazza Erbe. Alle relevanten Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt sind zu Fuß in 10-20 min zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer war nicht zu groß aber sehr sauber, und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und vielfältig. Auch glutenfreie Backwaren wurden in großer Auswahl bereitgestellt. Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt und sehr hilfreich bei jeder Art von Fragen. Gepäck kann kostenfrei nach dem Auschecken im Gepäckraum untergestellt werden.

Cons:

Das WLAN war manchmal etwas langsam und im Fernsehen haben wir keinen deutschen Sender gefunden. Das war aber unkritisch, da wir die meiste Zeit in der Stadt unterwegs waren.

Excelentes habitaciones, buena atención, ubicación óptima
Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable, se llega caminando a todos lados. Los alrededores del hotel son hermosos. La zona muy segura. El personal es amable, siempre dispuesto a colaborar en lo que haga falta. Desayuno completo y con variantes cada día. El tamaño de las habitaciones es excelente, muy cómodas las camas, amplio el baño. Se accede a pisos superiores por ascensor. Una lindísima experiencia la estadía en este hotel.

vorrei aprire una procedura di rimborso della camera, è inaccetabile

la posizione. solo quello. per il resto l'albergo è vecchio e malandato. la signorina alla reception è stata anche comprensiva alla mattina, ma oramai il danno era fatto. per quanto costa una notte, veramente è un prezzo totalmente inaccetabile.

la camera era gelata, il riscaldamento ovviamente non funzionava, quindi dopo una notte al freddo (nonostante una coperta aggiuntiva) la cosa peggiore è stata che la mattina dopo non ho potuto praticamente fare una doccia che durasse piu di pochi minuti perche la doccia era completamente appilata, con il risultato che mi si è allagato in brevissimo tampo il bagno e parte della camera, ho dovuto spegnere l'acqua, tutto insaponato e infreddolito aspettare 15 minuti che l'acqua defluisse e poi velocmenete sciacquarmi.
