Exceptional Stay with Amazing Service and Perfect Location

Our stay at the Conrad Manila was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained, with stunning views and excellent amenities that made our stay extra relaxing and comfortable.

One of the best parts was the location — it is conveniently within walking distance and directly connected to the SM Mall of Asia, which made shopping, dining, and exploring so easy and enjoyable.

What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff — everyone was warm, welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. The rooms were spacious and spotless, the facilities were excellent, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations.

Thank you, Conrad Manila, for making our trip so memorable. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manila!

Everything about this hotel was great, breakfast, room, ammentities etc.

Cons:

However when i checked out of the hotel, I was never returned my security deposit through my credit card. It's been a month. I've tried emailing every available Conrad affiliated email I know of but nobody seems to respond. If this situation had been resolved sooner before writing this review this hotel would be a solid 9/10 stay, however with this security deposit situation, I have to dock points

HIDDEN GEM IN METRO MANILA, C-LOUNGE!
Pros:

Had a great time at C Lounge. The atmosphere was cozy, relaxing, and perfect for winding down with good food and drinks by the bar. I ordered the beef salpicao, and it was excellent, tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Kudos to the chef for serving such delicious food.
Special thanks to bartender Ejhay for the warm hospitality and attentive service that made the experience even more enjoyable. As well from the receptionists, Leen and Chan, whose welcoming smiles added to the pleasant ambiance. Truly a hidden gem in Metro Manila. MABUHAY!
