Very good hotel with delicious breakfast
Pros:

It’s location from SMX with the bridge,cleanliness, the privacy, the architectural design, spacious, the room was comfortable, the view from our window was nice and the ameniities.

Cons:

The tv was defective.

We had a great stay. The front desk and all employess were very acommodating.

Proximity to malls, the room we stayed in was spacious and clean, we had everything we needed.

Existia um barulho assim que escurecia que parecia
Uma máquina de ar condicionado. Mas não era. Eles disseram que era um navio em frente o hotel que retira atear do fundo do mar. Mas o interessante que era só anoite o barulho . Insuportável. Eu tive que tomar remédio pra dormir. Não vale a pena. Um obra gigantesca em frente. Muito barulho. Um parque de diversões .. muito barulho .

Great location.Beautiful modern facilities
Pros:

Very clean. Friendly staff. Excellent location

Cons:

There was an event at the sea front and the traffic to reach the hotel was horrible. But this has nothing to do with the hotel itself.
As a matter of fact we were able to watch the fireworks from the hotel lobby

Pros:

If you want to be able to access anything in MOA, Conrad would be the best location. They use 3-ply toilet tissue and provide more than enough bottled waters.

Near the airport

Cons:

Towels were old, bathroom moldy, room needs upgrading. Informed Jane from the front desk about it but was dismissive about it. Didn’t acknowledge our concerns.

Pros:

I love how cozy the whole hotel is and how they think of their guest utmost convenience (e.g. offering small food and refreshments at the reception area, location ease of proximity to MOA and other excellent shopping areas, on-call quick housekeeping attendants), however uppn availing of laundry service one of my garments were returned damaged but they deducted the damaged to my overall bill. If it weren't for that I would have given the highest score. But overall we were very satisfied with our stay and would stay at Conrad Manila again.

Needs improving to satisfy white people.
Pros:

The asian part of the breakfast was ok...... noot oustanding, but ok, many different types of bread and rolls..... but very asaian inspired, NOT for europeans...... maybe ok for americans, but they eat only waffels and muffins with obese amount of butter and syrup...soooo....

Cons:

Coldcuts where left out to dry in the warmth with small spiders and fly's crawling around, I only eat there ones unde our 3 days stay because I was afraid of being sick.
