Pros:

Great hotel

Cons:

I told restaurant manager my cooked breakfast was cold. We discussed a refund of 50%. As brekky was quite expensive. Nothing yet.. Hotel so big its a little impersonal with reception on 3rd floor. Weird

Exceptional
Pros:

Staff were exceptional in their engagement and attentiveness. Rooms comfortable and clean. Loved the full window overlooking the water.

Cons:

Hot foods in the breakfast buffet Bain-Marie’s were conistently cold/ lukewarm over our four day stay. Minor blip in an otherwise highly recommended stay.

Pros:

Exceptional customer service, restaurants, and proximity to the mall of Asia. The fair rides and restaurants along the water are great which is just across the street from the hotel. There's also option to rent bikes and bike along the water. Unfortunately, the majority of them were closed as it was off season. Will have to come back during peak season. I'm sure we'll get to enjoy them more. Aside from the bay litter, the rides and restaurants give it a seaside beach vibe. This is great for families and a feature that sets Conrad apart from the other hotels in Manila. I highly recommend staying here.

Cons:

Manila Bay water was full of litter. Please keep the water clean and not polluted with people's garbage. It ruined the beautiful bay view from the hotel. As guests, we pay extra for the bay view but the bay view doesn't match the pictures on website and actual scenery.

A rainy Happy surprised Birthday
Pros:

The coordination of their relations team did an excellent Job - my wife was surprised on her Birthday even though we hardly even notice the bad weather because of the comfort Conrad MNL has been the best experience by far on our Tour lists.
