Conrad Manila

From the welcoming staff to being upgraded fue to Diamond Life Membership all was good. The suite was absolutely sumptuous and so well appointed. Very large bedroom, two bathrooms, lounge/dining room, make-up room, plenty of storage. Staff excellent and very helpful. VIP lounge comfortable and well serviced. Unfortunately the main breakfast room and Brasserie were terrible. Both food and service were substandard which was very disappointing especially when comparing Conrad Singapore. My advice..stay here, eat elsewhere.

Hotel is accessible to anything! Very nice atmosphere too! It is surely worth its price! Amenities are nice too! We will surely be back!

A perfect experience at the outdoor pool bar of Conrad Manila. The bartender delivered exceptional service with genuine warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. Her cocktails were excellent, but what truly stood out was how naturally she made every guest feel welcome and taken care of. Staff like her elevate the entire experience and represent the true spirit of Conrad Manila. She absolutely deserves recognition and her name’s Leekslyn.

So, having first reviewed Conrad Manila back in 2019, I wondered what more could be said this time around. Back then, I called it one of the best hotels in the Philippines. Several years later, from the moment of airport pick-up, it honestly felt like nothing had changed—the same warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.

I used to stay regularly at the Conrad until shortly after the pandemic (missing Carabao with his great face mask!), when work pushed me to other parts of the Philippines. Now, commitments have shifted, and I’ve now returned, starting with a two-week stay and already making additional bookings for later in the year.

All the staff are still incredibly courteous and respectful, always going above and beyond to make every stay memorable. Alice (Executive Floor Manager), my main contact during the booking process, has been wonderful, but I can’t not mention Ariane, Mac, RD, Je-anne, Chinno, Richard, Andrea, and Mika from the lounge service team, who consistently delivered personal attentive and genuine hospitality.

The Kitchen team also deserves special recognition, particularly Kier, Rachel, MJ, Drei, Nicole, and Belle, who was always friendly, engaging, and served excellent breakfasts and evening canapés.

There are, of course, many others whose names I didn’t catch - some who work tirelessly behind the scenes - each of them contributing quietly but meaningfully to my seamless experience. This includes the incredibly friendly security team, as well as the room attendants and third-floor C Lounge staff.

On this occasion, I did try the fitness centre for the first time. It’s worth adding that this was always attended by very friendly and welcoming staff. If I ever learn to swim, I’ll be sure to try the pool too…

To summarise: after years of travel, hundreds of hotel stays, and elite status with several brands, the fact that I’ve reviewed the Conrad twice out of a total of only seven TripAdvisor reviews probably says it all. From my perspective, Conrad Manila still remains the best hotel in the Philippines.

At first arrival, I was almost ignored by the entrance staff. I think they were just busy. But IMMEDIATELY thereafter, I felt like a VIP. The security, the lovely greeters inside the lobby, the additional lovely greeters on the third floor (all sweet, kind, helpful, smiling!) plus the REALLY good treatment was in the executive lounge! Wow! Hilton Newport does an amazing job (Angel and her staff) but Conrad REALLY does great too! The flagship is shinning! Mikaela, Mac, Je-Anne, and Richard all stand out as extraordinarily delightful! These folks really do anything possible to help a weary traveler. Kudos to the Hilton family of hotels!

Our stay at Conrad Manila was honestly unexpected, but it turned out to be such a pleasant and memorable experience.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. Check-in was smooth, and we immediately felt taken care of. The room was spotless, well-prepared, and had a relaxing ambiance that made it easy for us to unwind.

What truly stood out was the level of service everyone was attentive, courteous, and genuinely eager to assist. It made our spontaneous stay feel extra special and well worth it.

Thank you, Conrad Manila, for turning an unplanned visit into a wonderful and comfortable experience. We’ll definitely look forward to coming back!
