Conrad Manila

We had a wonderful stay at Conrad, best service, staff are very welcoming, they gave us warm smiles everytime they see us approaching. Clean rooms, nice view with Manila bay and the Ferris wheel. Convenient location, Relaxing ambiance.
We celebrated our wedding preparation and honeymoon in the Bay view suite and Bay view deluxe room. Thanks to Cheska from reservations for accommodating us, and Hannah and Enzo from the Frontdesk for their warm hospitality and always willing to serve.

From the very first day Mico and the rest of the hotel staff have treated us with love and respect. Conrad delivered in service, food, facilities and location. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Philippines anytime.

Located right on the Bay, adjoined to the SM Mall of Asia and just 20-30 minutes from the airport, the Conrad Manila is a great choice. It's not my first time staying here but each time we visit it feels just as welcoming and fresh as the time before. This time we had a 6 night stay with family and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time here. You can walk to the mall to shop, catch a movie, eat and then there is the promenade which is great for an evening stroll. We opted for the buffet breakfast every day and its probably the best breakfast buffet in the Philippines - there were all kinds of international cuisine to choose from and the fresh bread was a highlight for me. As Hilton Honors Diamond we had access to the Exec Lounge, and it was, as usual, wonderful, with a good selection of nibbles and drinks in the evening. The C Lounge was a great space to relax and drink watching the sunset over the bay. The pool area is well maintained with food and beverages available - its a great place to lay and relax.
Rooms are well maintained, with evening turn-down service and excellent housekeeping. High floor rooms overlooking the Bay are awesome.
The number of staff to guest ratio seemed high and everyone we came in contact with were amazing, but of course we were able to get a few names to mention and thank of those we saw regularly:

It’s location from SMX with the bridge,cleanliness, the privacy, the architectural design, spacious, the room was comfortable, the view from our window was nice and the ameniities.

Proximity to malls, the room we stayed in was spacious and clean, we had everything we needed.
