Hit and Miss
Pros:

The greatest asset of Conrad Manila is undoubtedly its people. They are the reason I would happily return.

A special thank you to Gian at Reception, who made check-in genuinely enjoyable. Her professionalism, sense of humor, and warm personality turned a routine arrival into a memorable welcome.

The spa was another highlight of my stay. Beautiful facilities, outstanding treatments, and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere—easily one of the best hotel spas I've experienced.

The real stars, however, were the team at the C Lounge (Supervisor Lady cant recall the name). I enjoy smoking cigars outdoors, so I spent time on the terrace. When I discovered there was no Wi-Fi coverage, the team did everything they could to help. They even offered their own mobile phones as hotspots so I could continue working while enjoying my cigar. That level of service is exceptional. Their kindness, initiative, and genuine desire to help transformed what could have been a frustrating experience into one I'll remember for all the right reasons.

The staff are simply world-class.

Cons:

It is honestly surprising that a luxury hotel such as Conrad Manila has no Wi-Fi coverage on the C Lounge terrace. In today's world, especially for business travelers, reliable connectivity throughout guest areas should be a given.

More disappointing, however, was the follow-up after my stay. Believing I had accidentally left my lpad in the hotel, I emailed the team immediately after departure. Three days later, I am still waiting for a response. When a guest reports a potentially valuable lost item, timely communication should be an absolute priority. Unfortunately, this experience fell well below the standards expected from a Conrad property.

My stay can be summarized very simply:

Staff: 10/10 – Some of the finest hospitality professionals I've encountered anywhere in the world.

Management: 2/10 – The people deserve better systems, faster communication, and stronger operational support.

Conrad Manila has an extraordinary team. If management matched the dedication, professionalism, and care shown by its employees, this hotel would undoubtedly be one of the best in Asia.

Pros:

Excellent high-quality hotel with all amenities at hand.
Rooms are spacious with large bathrooms.
Staff are always on point, courteous, and helpful.
Check-in and out smooth and swift.
Evening dinner was included in my choice of room.

Cons:

I booked a 'quiet' room but was placed near the hotel's construction area (and noise heard on a Sunday morning).
Not a good look - staff smoking outside the bar on level 3. The hotel should have a designated staff smoking area away from guests (my opinion only).

افضل شي فيه وجوده بالقرب من اكبر مول عندهم. مول اسيا. مرتبط معه بممر. وتقدر تروح تتسوق وتلف السوق وترجع.

Cons:

سعر الخدمات اعلى من فنادق افضل منه سكنت خلال فتره اقامتي بمانيلا في ثلاث فنادق 5 نجوم. وكان هو اغلاهم ( خدمه الغسيل اغلى وليست نظيفه اعتقد يغسلون بالماء ويرجعونها لك )

Pros:

Food Buffet was very good. Convenient to MOA, pool and Gym.
We encountered a bad experienced in our room but Miss Mabel (Mabz) from housekeeping dept. went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Cons:

I think there was something going on with their rooms. Our room was beautiful but has a musty or moldy smell. We immediately addressed the issue and they were kind enough to moved us to a Premier room. Secondly, my sister's room has no AC, they tried fixing it too with no luck and they moved them too. I am sure it was an isolated cases but they were really kind enough to make us happy.

Wonderful place and people.
Pros:

Everything. The hotel, the room the employees, how safe I felt. All the employees at this hotel were very nice, polite, helpful and professional. The room was very spacious and I had a clear view of the bay. There was great variety of foods and drinks for breakfast. Special thanks to JR and Jane at the customer service desk, John and Warrin at the elevators, Jamie and the lifesaver (I am sorry I did not get his name) at the pool, JC, Elderson, Antonett and Marc at the Brasserie, the housekeepers even though I did not see them and I don't have their names, since they kept my room clean and replenished every day. And I don't want to forget all the employees greeting and helping the guest. This was a wonderful experience and if I every go back to Manila, I will definitely stay here again!

FAMILIAR BUT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!
Pros:

My 3rd time in Conrads with my Family to relax and some business meetings.
A big shout out to Josh and Eunice for very nice service in our stay there serving complimentary drinks and bibingka. " Mabuhay"

And of course to John Rivera who always greeting us with warm smile and making sure if our stay is all good.

Whenever we need Hotel to stay.
Conrad is our GO TO Hotel.
