We had a great day celebrating father's day at C Lounge for the afternoon tea set. The staffs are very accommodating and friendly to our needs. Kudos to the team especially with Roan, Myreen & Judy ☺️

I had a wonderful stay at Conrad Hotel. The staff were very accommodating and even guided me on all the accessible places and facilities I could visit within the hotel. I would especially like to give a 5-star rating to the Housekeeping team for maintaining the cleanliness of my room throughout my stay.

Special thanks to House keeping Team Leader Marlo for his exceptional service. Every time we met in the hallway, he always greeted me with a warm smile, making me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. I’ve stayed at Conrad Manila many times over the years, and it’s become my home whenever I visit the Philippines. Every stay reminds me why I keep coming back. From the warm welcome the moment you arrive to the impeccable service throughout the hotel, the team consistently makes you feel like a valued guest not just another reservation.

The food is always exceptional. The breakfast buffet offers an incredible variety with consistently high quality, and the Executive Lounge is one of my favorite places to relax. The food and drinks are always delicious, and the lounge staff are attentive, friendly, and genuinely caring.

This visit, however, was the most special of all because I chose Conrad Manila as the place to propose to my fiancée. It also happened to be where we had our very first date years ago, making it the perfect place to begin the next chapter of our lives.

I cannot thank Ms. Ariane, Bea, Czar, and Deric from the Guest Relations team enough. They went far above and beyond anything I could have imagined. From helping coordinate every detail of the proposal to making sure everything was flawless, they treated this moment as if it were their own. Their kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine excitement made our engagement absolutely unforgettable.

To everyone at Conrad Manila thank you for always making me feel like a VIP every single time I visit. It’s rare to find a hotel that consistently delivers not only luxury but also heartfelt hospitality. You don’t just provide excellent accommodations you create lifelong memories.

The location is convenient, pool has warm water and very clean, breakfast buffet was nice, staff were all friendly and helpful, what you would expect from a hotel like this. We requested a cot and was supplied quickly. Very impressed by the service and its delivery.

We are wrapping up our stay at the Conrad Manila, and I felt it necessary to spread the word about how outstanding this hotel is. First off, we are Diamond members, so when I originally booked, the agent upgraded us from the standard room to the Bay View King Premier Suite. After some research, I learned it quite uncommon for such an upgrade. At the time, I had no idea just how high an upgrade that was. More on that later. We booked our stay because it was to celebrate my retirement after 30 years as an educator and my daughter's high school graduation and subsequent acceptance into UC Berkeley. As you can see we had a lot to celebrate. I reached out and contacted the Conrad Manila to inform them of the nature of our stay. Mr. MacGregor, the Executive Floor Supervisor personally reached out to me to ensure an early check-in and to properly take care of us. In the meantime, we received an upgrade offer for the Diplomatic Suite which we was not guaranteed, but in consideration. Upon our arrival at 7:30 am, Mr. Richard Gatchalian, the executive lounge attendant checked us, and we were greeted by Mr. Spencer Oza who is part of the management team. Right away, we truly felt like special guests as they offered us and our guests/visitors coffee and light snacks. I informed Mr. Gatchalian of our pending request for the Diplomatic Suite which was granted, but it would not be ready until 12:00 pm and it was a city view room. Of course, we were just happy to be offered the Diplomatic Suite. Long story short, Mr. Gathalian received the ok to offer us a corner Diplomatic Suite which was immediately available and was welcomed news as we were on the tail end of 17 hours of travel. During our stay, EVERY employee we had the pleasure of meeting exceeded our expectations by always greeting us and making us feel very welcomed. I'd like to give our a special shoutout to the Sails Pool bartender Jemmy and his trainee (whose name escapes me at the moment). They were incredibly friendly and attentive. Upon check-out, we had the pleasure to work with Ms. Alice. Her professionalism and demeanor were outstanding and we wrapped up the check-out at the Executive Lounge and only took a few minutes. To wrap up this extremely long review, we will definitely be back as our stay was definitely the best hotel experience we've had.

Love this hotel! This is where we always stay when we’re in Manila. Can’t beat the convenience, connected to MoA / S’Maison and close vicinity to the airport. The concierge team especially Louis and Justine were great! Quick response time and very helpful. Breakfast staff at Brassiere on 3 were all friendly and attentive. The front desk staff were also very accommodating. Thank you for the great experience Conrad Manila! We’ll definitely be back.

my husband book our room for our couple night out.. it has bay view so we enjoy the scenery... elevator is near to the escalator going to Mall of Asia.. for us any Hilton Hotel here in Manila are good.. breakfast has variety of food to choose from and they also have kid's corner.. Vincent in Braserrie on 3 serves us always with a charming smile and positive vibes despite of full occupancy.. kudos to the team💖

What sets this hotel apart is its wonderful team. The front desk staff helped us book our grab , and housekeeping kept everything spotless, shout out to Kuya Gail for your wonderful service. A special shout-out to the team for singing and being a cheerleader for my birthday, Kuya Zaldy , Kuya JC, Kuya Carlo, Kuya Yael and Ate Eunice. Their professionalism and warmth made all the difference! THANK YOU!

Excellent location and facilities. Staff at the reception always providing the best customer service. Miss Jessica and Miss Ivy are very polite, efficient and attentive. Highly recommended.

There was this Chef at the Brasserie who stood out, he was really proactively helpful, and was beaming with enthusiasm, Chef Justine. In a very welcoming tone he patiently explained to us each dish, and what goes with what. No other chef does that anywhere else. Great man 👍 Five star on him 👍

All the staff (From the Manager, to the serving staf) at the 7th floor Lounge were all professional, smiling, and warm. They really do make you feel that they have a certain level of concern sayo, specially with the tone of how they communicate. Unlike sa other hotels that are more focused about being all fakely strict and uptight than being pleasantly human. 👍 Great job, Team 👍

Our stay was amazing! Despite the huge lobby and facilities, the smiles and the hospitality of the Conrad team members were so warm and homey. Special thanks to the exec lounge team (super super nice and lovee the food and drinks, shout out to sir richard who gave us an early check in, the lovely ladies, the chefs at the lounge, sir RD, who's very very warm and so open to serve), to brasserie on 3 team, Chef Justine of Brasserie (he was so warm and extended assistance when i was so confused with what to get coz of the huge spread even if he was so busy, he still was ready to assist, the concierge team (thank you for bringing our bags to the room), Guest relations team, and HK ( Thank you for the wonderful set up in our room, the cake, the letter and the two lovely conrad stuffies 🥹) Worth every penny and more 🩷 Cannot wait to go back!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to one of your staff members, John, who works as a security officer in the lobby.
My friend and I arrived at the hotel very early, around 5:00 AM. Although the receptionist kindly arranged for us to check in early at 10:30 AM, we still had several hours to wait and were feeling extremely tired after our journey.
During this time, John went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. His helpful attitude, professionalism, and genuine care made a significant difference to our experience. What impressed me most was that every day he greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly welcome without fail.
It is staff members like John who truly elevate a hotel's reputation. Many hotels have great facilities, but exceptional service comes from people who genuinely care about their guests. John is a shining example of this, and your hotel deserves recognition for having and training such an outstanding employee.

We recently stayed at the Conrad Manila, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel itself has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at ease.
Every aspect of the service was top-notch, but I want to give a special shout-out and a huge thank you to Gil from Housekeeping. Gil went above and beyond to ensure our room was perfectly cleaned and refreshed every single day. The attention to detail was incredible, and coming back to such a spotless, well-kept room made our stay so much more comfortable.
The entire staff's hospitality, combined with the excellent amenities and beautiful property, made this a memorable trip. We will definitely be back!
