Everything was Outstanding

The staff were very polite and attentive to our needs. Our room was big enough for me and my 2 kids. They sent a cake for my daughter as she is celebrating her birthday that day. It was a very thoughtful gesture. I request for a blanket and they gave it on time. Matthew, the person sending me SMS was a very service oriented staff.

Conrad is a beautiful hotel. It’s conveniently located at the MOA area and the buildings are all interconnected with a covered walkway.

This is a wonderful property with an incredible staff. The suite we stayed at was very spacious and well appointed. I must recognize two people that elevated our experience during our stay: Marc Alain from the concierge team. He is so professional, courteous, and attentive. A big asset to this property.

The other person I would like to recognize is Mel from the spa team. Let me preface that I love spas and I try to experience different spas during my travels around the world. Mel is the best massage therapist I have come across. She took the time to work trouble areas, not just do a routine massage. I was grateful for her care.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay in this beautiful property (and so conveniently located next to the S Maison and the Mall of Asia). Will definitely come back.

As a Hilton Lifetime Diamond member who has stayed at countless hotels in most parts of the world, my husband and I consider this to be one of the very best properties which we've ever visited.

The property itself is magnificent and well maintained. Our room was splendid in all aspects. The Executive Lounge is outstanding. Underlying all of this was the staff. The employees are uniformly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. We cannot say enough about the high quality team spirit that is the foundation of our exceptional experience.

We would return to the Conrad Manila in a heartbeat.

The Conrad Hilton was the last 3 days of a 10 day tour. I can’t think of a better way to end a vacation and R & R. The location was perfect with the Mall of Asia connected. The staff was friendly and exceeded our expectations in every department. Kim Roda was our housekeeper and took care of us wonderfully. I will always refer friends to this location and if my travels permit so will I. A 10 in my book.
