Nice, comfortable, quiet and convenient.
Pros:

The hotel has recently been remodeled and is very nice. Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. There were some very minor issues like a broken toilet seat, the hassock doubling as a coffee table for the sofa won't easily hold liquids in a glass or cup without risk of spillage/staining, and the DR overhead light would only come on if all the room lights were powered up. The rooftop restaurant/lounge has great views of downtown Richmond but charges a "Facility Usage Fee" equal to 3% of the bill, which was not disclosed in advance. Breakfast in the lobby was typical Hilton stuff - good but nothing to write home about. Location is great for prowling around downtown Richmond.

Pros:

We were just staying ahead of a flight out of Richmond. So First off it was a $25 ride to the airport. I think I was confused when I booked and may have originally been looking at a different hotel. When we arrived at the hotel it is a bit confusing because there are actually 2 hotels in the same building. W were staying at the Homewood Suites on the 11th floor. Our room was huge, had a full fridge and dishwasher. There was an odor of smoke despite it saying it was smoke free. The rug was comfortable to walk on but did have some tears. One of the pieces of furniture did have a burn on it. I can't really speak to the location or things to do around the hotel as we checked in around 8:00 PM and were gone by 7:00 AM.

近くにスーパーや食事をする場所もあるので、長期に快適に過ごせるホテル。ただ、周辺に観光する場所があるか不明。
Pros:

スタッフがとても親切。部屋も清潔で広く、キッチンやアイロン等、生活できる調度品もそろっており、とても心地よいホテルでした。

Received a call the day of out arrival to be told that my reservations were being moved to the Hampton suites with less

The nasty cold breakfast; house keeping every other day; the thermostat would be inoperable during the day then would be operable late night and inoperable again in the mornings

Pros:

Do not stay here. We waited forever for check in because nobody was at the counter. Nobody was at the counter all weekend. They didn’t have electronic keys. I had two different rooms that had no working safe. The room was dirty. The HVAC was so loud we couldn’t use it. My kid was on crutches and the parking garage elevator didn’t work so she had to go down a parking garage ramp on crutches. The fire alarm went off at 1:45 am, causing me to carry a 15 year old on crutches down 12 flights of steps. We checked out early. I contacted the assistant GM with my concerns and haven’t heard back. Terrible hotel.
