I’m a usual customer. It could have been much better

It’s convenient for me to travel to work and yes the staff is usually very friendly.

Cons:

The lack of appliances. There wasn’t a microwave, a chair at the table for me to use, no ice bucket, no clean rags, no good channels.

It was a perfect night rest and a place shower for refreshing.
Pros:

I didn’t look as I arrived at 2am and left at 11am same day.

Cons:

No trash can in my room. No place to throw the wrappers from shampoo and soap, etc.

Pros:

It was terrible the a/c don’t work didn’t even have a remote in the room manager told me the a/c takes awhile to kick in and it’s been 3 hrs and room still hot I’d rather sleep in my car tbh I found 3 roaches coming from under the fridge when I opened it

It’s terrible they say it’s newly renovated but rooms are hot and it Don’t even cool down it was a terrible stay it looks ghetto outside and the rooms are 60 bucks and 50 dollar deposit I wouldn’t recommend staying here

Cons:

TV not working. The TV screen said to call the front desk.
Phone not working so I had to use my cell phone. The front desk clerk came by to check and said that sometimes the TV doesn't work. She checked the phone but didn't say or do anything about it.

Dingy towels. Not very white.

At check in I was told that I had to leave a $50 deposit and that I would get it back at checkout if the room was left okay.
At checkout I was told that I would get the $50 refunded in 4 to 5 business days after the room was checked.
Very deceiving!
