I was in room 130 - the walls were very thin, and every time someone left the building from there, the door slammed and made a loud noise in my room.

Pros:

I really enjoyed the Rome and the kitchenette area. Everything was very accessible and accommodating for someone who needed space to put things while traveling.

Cons:

There is no organization when it comes to the food line. And how people make their food and especially the Waffle stand is a mess. Because nobody knows who goes first.There should really be someone else.Doing that even children are trying to make their own waffles.It seems like a hazard. I've had the food there before years ago. And this time it was not very good. And really tasted, like
A frozen meal. I felt like it took down the quality of the hotel and how wonderful everything else is.

Quick stay but it did its purpose.
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Place was kept up. Room was ready when it said it would be.

Cons:

The hotel smelled clean when we walked in but when we walked into our room it smelled musty. A washcloth we used smelled extremely strong of cleaning detergent. The AC in the room worked but the thermostat wouldn’t stay set on the temperature we put it on.
