I came for a meeting at Coker College right there so it was convenient.
Pros:

There was no real coffee at 8:30. So I walked to the rooster. By the time I returned the coffee had been replenished.

Cons:

I did not like the reservation process. Every time I called the rate went higher. So I went through Booking. The pee who answered the phone at the hotel were frustrating bc I had to pay the full amount w/ taxes non refundable,
I’m a HH member and there was no feeling of a good rate. People were nice, just annoying.

Das zweite mal haben wir in dem Hotel übernachtet. Es war wieder alles super top ! Zimmern sind sauber, Bettwäsche und das Bad auch. Frühstuck war gut und reichlich . Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

The hotel, staff and out stay at the Hampton was excellent. WHAT WAS NOT is that you did not send them our reservation. Had they not had a room vacant we would not have been able to stay there. I need you to refund/cancel my payment I made with you for the room.

I did not like them not having my reservation because you did not send to them. i need a refund for the payment I made with you.

Great stay!
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Kitchen staff was nice. Everything was great and I was relieved to find the rooms were clean, smelled good (as humid areas tend to be moldy) but NO mold here! Place was great!

Cons:

Staff were all nice. I did notice staff being upset openly when they were called out by management which I do understand. It's hard when you do not make much and then management criticizes when you have to then serve guests.

Not to say management wasn't good with guests, they were excellent! I can just tell team building is needed with staff. A good team makes all the differences in a great work flow and staff notices. All staff were nice though. Especially Sunday Morning cook and the GM at the front desk.
