Acomodações super limpas e organizadas. Bom custo benefício.
Pros:

A limpeza do quarto é um dos pontos fortes. Acomodações limpas, itens da cama cheirosos e o quarto com um cheirinho de limpeza contínuo. Bom café da manhã. Já é a segunda vez que me hospedo no hotel Amália e acho muito confortável.

Boa Localização e café da manhã, quarto era muito limpo e bem arrumado.

Cons:

A descarga do banheiro estava aparentemente parcialmente entupida, o que gerou certo constrangimento. Foi solicitado o reparo, o que não aconteceu. Por fim, a descarga foi reparada por um dos próprios hóspedes utilizando água e o balde da lixeira, e depois disso funcionou normalmente e sem problemas.

Localização e atendimento dos funcionários

Cons:

Cama com barulho, limpeza pode melhorar, escassez de sabonete no banheiro, café da manhã faltando alimento, sem reposição para os clientes que chegaram antes das 10h.
Justificativa: não esperavam tantos hospedes. Local para guardar mala improprio. Por favor vamos melhorar.

Localização perfeita para quem pretende ir às compras na 25 de março e no Braz, fica perto do shopping light onde no 5o andar as comidas tem ótimo custo benefício e fica a poucos metros da estação de metro e na frente da estação de ônibus.

Hotel excelente atendimento e conforto!

Cons:

Café da manhã precisa melhorar. Tem poucas opções de itens naturais como frutas, Iogurte natural não tem, as opções de salgados são muito gordurosos. Sucos saturados de açúcar. Só havia 1 opção de chá. Sugestão suco Detox sem açúcar, iogurte natural, mais opções de frutas, batata doce e itens naturais.
