Sehr gute Lage und hilfbereites Personal
Pros:

Das Zimmer war riesig und sauber (ich wurde upgegradet auf eine Suite).
Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit.
Die Lage war sehr gut (mit Restaurants in der Nähe und nicht weit ins Stadtzentrum)!
Das Frühstück war auch recht gut.
Ich würde wieder dort wohnen bei der nächsten Reise, allerdings darauf bestehen, ein wirklich ruhiges Zimmer zu bekommen.

Cons:

Leider gibt es eine Baustelle hinter dem Hotel und nach der ersten Nacht musste ich ein anderes Zimmer bitten!
Das vom Hotel organisierte Flughafentaxi zum Hotel am Anreiseabend war leider auch verhältnismäßig teuer.
Nicht weit vom Hotel ist die Zone mit "diversen" Bars und dergl.

Personnel très très sympa, lit hyper confortable, propreté impeccable.
Quant à l'emplacement, si vous voulez être au cœur de la vie nocturne, il n'y a pas mieux.

Absolutely amazing
Pros:

Everything. Friendly staff. Welcome tea. Pool. Nice rooms. Split toilet/shower. Great television. Wonderful daily amenities. Tour packages available. Awesome restaurants and bars. Just top notch, all the way!

Front steps with heavy luggage.

Absolutely fantastic!
Pros:

Everything great the room was very cool and well equipped. I was initially disappointed by the beds which reviewers had extolled as very comfortable. They are a bit too firm for my liking but didn't stop me having a good sleep both nights of my stay.
A very high quality and well equipped gym a beautiful rooftop pool big enough for a serious swim and a fabulous sauna, steam room and hot and cold jaccussi. And the rooftop bar serves a stonking dark beer for $5.
I would have stayed another two nights but alas there was no room. If I visit Phnom Penh again this is where I will stay.
Final words for the staff who never tire of greeting you enthusiastically, they made a big difference to my stay and I'm very grateful, thanks.
