Swim over the skyline and relax in this modern highrise hotel in central Pnomh Penh
Pros:

The rooms are fairly bright, well furnished and modern with comfortable beds. The hotel is located in a vivid neighborhood close to the central market, the night market and the tonle sap river. The hotel offers a big rooftop infinity saltwater pool overlooking the skyline which is partly shaded. There is also a bar and some tables and sun beds on the roof to sit and relax without consumption. There is a Spa section with a Finnish sauna, an aromatised steam room, a hot whirlpool and an ice cold pool which is pretty spacious. On some floors of the highrise building there are public open-air balconies with tables where you can sit. In the lobby there is a refill-station for your water bottle so you do not need to use single-user plastic. If you want, the bed is made daily.

Cons:

The mosaics in the pool have mostly fallen off, which feels weird when touching it. As it is normal in Southeast-Asia, the Spa is separated in two sections between men and women.

Great place to stay in Phnom Phen
Pros:

This hotel has a really nice air-conditioned gym with a good variety of free weights, exercise machines and a view of the city. The hotel staff are very helpful. The rooms are big and the shower has lots of water pressure.

Hotel, was one of the best all the awards state 10 years ago. Place is very dated.

Not to good to start with, but good after that.
Pros:

Went I went in the room, when I open the fridge still food from people before.
Toilet seat broken and dirty, clear chair dirty.
They fix everything when I complying.
I was the happy with the rest of my stay.
