This had almost everything you needed in a hotel. This hotel had pool bar spa restaurant very clean area. The cooking class was OK.
One thing I will say about the breakfast sometimes they had eggs sometimes they didn’t. For breakfast buffet it had a lot of lunch items.
have stayed here a few times and always great, the staff are amazing. The room is spacious and well set out. Amazing for Asia is the hot water, sun an moon the water was hot straight away, no waiting.
the only thing i found that i didn't like, is the door. You have to make sure it is fully shut. if u let is shut on its own it wont shut/lock

I stayed at SUN & MOON, Urban Hotel three times, each time for three days, and I was impressed every single time. The hotel has a beautiful rooftop bar and a rooftop swimming pool with a great atmosphere.
The location is perfect for exploring the city. There are many restaurants and cafés nearby, and the lovely Mekong riverfront promenade is also within walking distance.
The rooms are very spacious, bright, clean, and decorated in a beautiful modern style. I really like the overall design of the hotel.
I would especially like to highlight the exceptional kindness and honesty of the hotel staff. I accidentally forgot a large amount of money in the safebox in my room. By the time I noticed it, I was already in another country. The staff was incredibly helpful and honest enough to send the money back to my home. I would like to sincerely thank them once again for that.
I will definitely stay at this hotel again and can highly recommend it.

I stayed in this excellent property for a month straight. After staying for two weeks, I was impressed and extended my stay. A special thanks goes to Mr. Panharoth Vuthy, the reception team, the manager and all the other hotel staff. They did everything to make my stay comfortable and convenient. The food choices are outstanding and the pool and gym are beyong expectations. All in all, I would recommend this property to anyone. It offers value for money and the location is central. The rooms are modern and it felt like home.

Staff were really helpful, you get a free 15 minute massage with the booking and that really came in handy! Gym is open 24/7 which is great too!

The rooms are fairly bright, well furnished and modern with comfortable beds. The hotel is located in a vivid neighborhood close to the central market, the night market and the tonle sap river. The hotel offers a big rooftop infinity saltwater pool overlooking the skyline which is partly shaded. There is also a bar and some tables and sun beds on the roof to sit and relax without consumption. There is a Spa section with a Finnish sauna, an aromatised steam room, a hot whirlpool and an ice cold pool which is pretty spacious. On some floors of the highrise building there are public open-air balconies with tables where you can sit. In the lobby there is a refill-station for your water bottle so you do not need to use single-user plastic. If you want, the bed is made daily.
The mosaics in the pool have mostly fallen off, which feels weird when touching it. As it is normal in Southeast-Asia, the Spa is separated in two sections between men and women.
