Hotel probably needs some maintenance to be considered "nice", but it was clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The room was clean and the AC worked well. The common areas were well maintained. Breakfast was OK. Typical hotel breakfast stuff.

Cons:

We ran completely out of hot water resulting in me taking a completely cold shower. The sink leaked making the floor wet and the outlets were so loose they were basically unusable.

Prom event was taking place and there was a huge crowd blocking the entrance, over took the lobby, cars with loud engines driving fast around the parking lot.
