We had an amazing stay here in Siem Reap. The service was outstanding from start to finish — all staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

We really appreciated the early check-in and complimentary room upgrade, especially as we arrived earlier than expected. The hotel was exceptionally clean and very well maintained throughout our stay.

We would definitely stay here again if we return to Siem Reap. Cambodia has left a lasting impression on us — it’s a beautiful country with beautiful people. We’ll be recommending this hotel to others and hope to return in the future to explore more of the country.

Minor point: we would have preferred refillable shower gel and soap dispensers instead of small single-use toiletries, purely from an environmental perspective — but this did not affect our overall experience at all.

Pros:

Location is excellent. Staff was so nice a greeted us everytime we came or went. Loved the small touches like cold cloth and welcome drink.

Pros:

The accommodation was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-sized, with great in-room facilities. The terrace facing outside was a real highlight, still offering plenty of privacy thanks to the surrounding vegetation, which made the stay feel extra special. What truly went above and beyond, though, was the service. Every member of the team was extremely attentive and professional, always smiling, anticipating guests’ needs, and genuinely committed to making sure we had the best possible experience. They were also fantastic at suggesting activities to explore the area and providing fast, helpful solutions. Everyone was exceptional, nevertheless, a special thank you to Petra, Chenda for their remarkable care and attention. An outstanding stay overall.
