Wir waren 5 Nächte in diesem Hotel während unserer Zeit in Siem Reap und wir können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
Das Hotel liegt super und nah an allem, ist aber dennoch weit genug weg, um etwas mehr Ruhe zu haben.
Das Personal ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer geräumig und sehr sauber.
Auch den Poolbereich haben wir sehr genossen, um uns in der Mittagshitze zwischen den Tempelbesuchen zu erholen und abzukühlen.
Ein tolles Hotel.

Cons:

Als kleine Anregung, es wäre super, wenn es zum Frühstück noch Milchalternativem gäbe (Hafermilch, Cocosmilch, o.ä.)

Cons:

Bed was a bit hard. Mixer tap in bathroom sink was loose and hard to use. The control for the rain shower was broken so could only use hand held shower. Internet/TV was terrible.

I would come back and stay again
Pros:

I 100% recommend staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel at home. They welcomed me with a drink and everyone was very friendly and wanted to ensure I was taken care for my entire stay. My room and the residence was well over any expectations. The location is prime and very convenient to everything I wanted.

Pros:

We stayed here for 9-10 days and it was great. The rooms were spacious and clean with great bathrooms. The staff were very attentive and ensured we had a good holiday. There is a pool and poolside service. Breakfast is available and a small selection of snacks.

A great place to stay whilst visiting Siem Reap, great location with excellent service

Hotel is in an excellent location, the staff are amazing, so helpful and friendly - cannot do enough for you. Nice size hotel, rooms very comfortable with all amenities and a great pool to relax by.

Best place to stay nice pool and friendly staff . The room nice with decoration . The place good for visitor to Cambodia and Siem reap. I was welcomed by customers service staff with cool towel and nice drink. Would recommend this for all traveler . Thank you team and managers well done

We had an amazing stay here in Siem Reap. The service was outstanding from start to finish — all staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

We really appreciated the early check-in and complimentary room upgrade, especially as we arrived earlier than expected. The hotel was exceptionally clean and very well maintained throughout our stay.

We would definitely stay here again if we return to Siem Reap. Cambodia has left a lasting impression on us — it’s a beautiful country with beautiful people. We’ll be recommending this hotel to others and hope to return in the future to explore more of the country.

Minor point: we would have preferred refillable shower gel and soap dispensers instead of small single-use toiletries, purely from an environmental perspective — but this did not affect our overall experience at all.
