Not a very good experience
Pros:

Not much

Cons:

Rooms are old and outdated. Small pool compared to pictures. Shower is awful. Bathroom door had an issue. Telephone didn’t work. TV was limited.

Pros:

The receptionist changed my room. The original picture chosen and room I first got didn't match at all. Luckily they gave me room.41 later the evening. and I loved it. But there needs to be something that if you choose a room that you get what you see situation.

Cons:

The staff, place is excellent. Just need to sort out your phones. I couldn't do booking directly, noone got back to me. But once there I have no complaints. Bar, the chef, employees. We'll done on your staff. I love it there!!!

Overall, it served the purpose

Cons:

We didn't leave our room key for them to clean, however they still managed to clean our rooms, that felt like an evasion of privacy
