Pros:

The property is set in a quiet suburban area, close to access routes and a plethora of shopping and business centres.

The hotel and grounds are very well maintained. The styleful decor in all areas in and outsife the hotel accentuates the African theme.

The room i stsyed in was well rquipped, very comfy bed, a small private patio and a spacious bathroom featuring a spa shower.

I did not make use of the restsurant but all areas including the lounge and bar are comfortable and ambient.

All staff very friendly and helpful.

A wonderful experience and definitely an affress i will visit again.

Cons:

My short stay. I would've liked ro stay longer snd experience the offer services on offer.

Pros:

We liked the reception we received. The rooms were clean and the food was great

Cons:

The floor tiles in the room were very old, they really need to do some repares.
The curtains couldn't close completely. We complained at reception but nothing was done.
The TV wasn't working also

It was comveniently located to our needs. Quiet surroundings . Rooms need a bit tlc.

Comfy beds and quiet. Safe parking

Cons:

TV in both rooms did not work. Had no hot water in one on the rooms' shower.

More pillows and update base covers. Old and torn.
