Schönes Hotel mit Schwächen bei der Gastronomie

Schönes Zimmer, schönes Ambiente und schöner Außenbereich

Soggiorno perfetto! Ci è piaciuto davvero tutto.
La camera era ampia, pulita e con uno splendido terrazzo vista montagne, che rendeva il risveglio ancora più bello. La spa, inclusa nel soggiorno, è completa di tutto: piscine, idromassaggi, saune e aree relax. Inoltre in camera erano già disponibili accappatoi, ciabatte e tutto il necessario per accedervi comodamente.
Lo staff è stato sempre gentile e attento. Un ringraziamento speciale al cameriere del pomeriggio, che si è persino ricordato che preferivamo l'acqua frizzante: un piccolo gesto che dimostra grande attenzione verso gli ospiti. Molto apprezzata anche la merenda gratuita dalle 15 alle 17, con un'ottima scelta di dolci. La colazione è ricca e varia, sia nella parte dolce che salata, con la possibilità di prepararsi centrifughe fresche, un dettaglio che abbiamo trovato davvero piacevole. L'hotel dispone di parcheggio ed è in una posizione perfetta, proprio nel centro di Santa Cristina, comodissimo per raggiungere a piedi i ristoranti la sera. È presente anche un ristorante interno, anche se durante il nostro soggiorno non abbiamo avuto occasione di provarlo. Un hotel che consiglieremmo senza alcun dubbio: se dovessimo tornare in Val Gardena, sceglieremmo di soggiornare qui di nuovo.

Beautiful destination
Pros:

A lovely hotel in the middle of a quaint village. Spacious hotel room, exceptionally clean. With a superb outdoor space with pool and a sauna to relax in after a days hike. All hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.
Excellent transport on the door step to travel around the area. Excellent hiking trails around for all levels.

Cons:

The hotel does added extras very well.
However, misses some basics: a information guide in the hotel room and tea/coffee facilities in the hotel room.

Brief holiday at Dolomites
Pros:

Location was nice, hotel was clean and peaceful, very friendly personnel. Heated pool was very nice.

Cons:

For some reason it felt somewhat pricey, although the overall quality was nice and ok. Maybe it was essy things like not having drinking glasses at room, not complimentary coffee at snack or water at dinner. Not expensive to buy, but the ”mandatory” need for buy those cheap things makes it feel pricey.
