I loved it!
Pros:

What a fantastic sauna and spa, if you are going to stay in this area, stay here! super friendly staff and great experience overall.

Cons:

the bed were not comfortable, but the put some extra padding on for me which helped

Great place , great location , great breakfast, Quiet , relaxing , nice staff, close to lifts
Pros:

Good safe location , shuttle service to lifts , free parking, clean cozy rooms , spa and health club , ski room with boot warmers in the lockers was great ! 2 jacuzzi's , breakfast was great! "Ski in" (but not ski out) Shuttle and ski bus service great for "ski out "and well organized. Good to be informed of the shuttle bus and ski bus schedules.

Cons:

-I'm a senior so Elevator to the upper floor could have been a plus after ski days , (3 floors).
-The evening meal deal was a full fare multi course meal at 40- 50 euros per person.
Would have liked a lighter Evening menu with smaller meals like a goulash soup and salad ect. Mostly ended up going out for dinner at night. This was also ok though as we had a car and lots of places to eat in town as well as a pizza place within walking distance.
Healthclub and jacuzzi only open from 15:00-19:00. Would be nice if one of the 2 outside jacuzzi's only would stay open later for late arrival guests. After an 8 hour overseas flight and 5 hour transit from Milan on our arrival day , a jacuzzi would have been so nice after a long day . Was a bit of a let down to arrive at the Jacuzzi to find it closed for the day.

Top vakantie plek! Skieen is hier een paradijs.
Pros:

Mooi zonnig terras en fijne welness op de eerste verdieping. Meeste personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt is goed verzorgd! We hebben er een heerlijke week gehad. Bus naar de skiliften vertrekt in de ochtend elke 10 min.

Cons:

Plek is ver lopen van het dorp en heuvelop of af ;-).

Pros:

We really liked the location, right next to Col Raiser lift and good ski in/ski out location.
Saunas and jacuzzi very well mantained and clean!

Cons:

The only thing that happened and we thought it was a bit unfair was that the personel did not allow us to fill our bottles with water - from the buffet fountain and if we were to take the water outside the premises, we had to pay...

Great place but our room was not as described
Pros:

Location to skiing . It's a short shuttle ride to Colriser Gondola and on way back you can ski to door

Cons:

Our room was not as booked. We paid for a suite with a small living room, two queens and two twin beds. We got 2 queens and a closet with a roll in bed. We were told we were only 3 people and our room holds 5. That's not the point. They clearly gave our room to someone else.
The place was great but confirm it's what your getting m.

Heerlijk hotel met vriendelijk personeel om je te laten verwennen.

Zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt en uitstekend diner.
Mooie wellness voorzieningen.

Cons:

We hadden een paar uur voor aankomst geboekt. We hebben een forse prijs betaald voor een kleine kamer en badkamer van ongeveer 1,5 m2! Ja inclusief toilet, douche en wastafel. De prijs was veel te hoog voor wat we kregen.
