Bella struttura immersa nel verde a 15min. a piedi dal centro. Spa attrezzata e piscina all'aperto riscaldata adiacente all'hotel. Colazione a buffet abbondante con prodotti freschi. Ottimo punto di partenza per trekking e relax! Ideale anche per famiglie. Consigliato!

Avendo riscontrato un paio di problemi con la camera inizialmente assegnataci, ci è stato concesso il cambio con una sistemazione più ampia.

posizione che facilita visuale panorama sul sasso lungo. anche se su strada che va al col raiser, è molto tranquillo e la zona esterna piscina molto bella e curata. Anche i servizi interni sono ben al di sopra delle 3 stelle. Cibo vario e molto abbondante.

Cons:

Siceramente tutti i pro che l'hotel offre compensano ampiamente quei piccoli dettagli riscontrati.

Ho apprezzato molto la posizione, la pulizia, la colazione e la cena

Purtroppo la tipologia di camera da me richiesta non mi è stata assegnata. Avevo prenotato una superior vista montagna con pavimento in legno di 24 metri quadrati pagando anche il supplemento. Ci siamo ritrovati una stanza di circa 15 metri quadrati che non era nemmeno una standard (era una camera secondo me family che aveva una porta comunicante con un'altra stanza adiacente). Ho segnalato con molta gentilezza la cosa al responsabile, mostrando anche la foto che appare sia sul Sito sia dell'hotel che di Booking, e lui mi ha liquidato con freddezza dicendomi che quella è una camera superior e punto, negando dunque l'evidenza. In tre adulti veramente lo spazio era ridottissimo, non si poteva nemmeno aprire l'anta dell'armadio e il bagno, seppur nuovo, era davvero piccolissimo e a stento ci stava una persona. Avendo soggiornato una sola notte, ho pensato di non insistere, perchè già mi ero rovinata la giornata. Davvero un peccato, bastava un minimo di sincerità e un atteggiamento più empatico, disponibile e onesto nei confronti del cliente.

Posizione e parcheggio comodi camere curate nel dettaglio , ottima spa e piscina con bellissima vista

Non c'e ascensore per le camere superiori , prezzo per il cane altissimo non specificato su booking (45€ al giorno) poca scelta nel cibo se si fa pensione completa
