Hotel Puri Palace Amritsar

Perfect place to stay ..ambience is very good and amazed with their hospitality and loved their staff nature homely behavior and budget near by temple

The hotel is worst ,the rooms are not cleaned the lights are not working the keys are not there for certain rooms , all rooms are stinking ,no proper maintenance of rooms,bedsheets are torned hotel staff is minimal,I cannot recommend this hotel to you people come here only one out of all rooms are okay that also you will get if you are lucky enough

The hotel is sooo dirty and bad i left after 1 night. I wouldnt even keep my dog in a hotel that disgusting. And the receptionist had to ask his boss if i was allowed to checkout. What nonsense. Hotels dot com you need to review this hotel its nothing like the pictures.

Cockroaches all sizes everywhere in the room. Greedy staff asked for thrice as much for trip to airport than Ola for their own taxi, mentioning Ola and Uber unreliable!!! And lastly, after of couple weeks of checkout, some arrogant staff called me for payment, which I had paid while checking in.

My family of 10 has most dis liked the hotel puri palace which was booked as package. As per make my trip the hotel room size is 270 sg ft, but the actual room size was half say maximum 150 sq ft. No service was offered which mentions facilities as per MMT like bathrobes, Tea / coffee. As per the manager their Air conditioner is not working since many days because some tourist kids has spoiled it. Shower doesnt work. So if you want the cheapest raat guzarna hai please go to some stay of Gurudwara but dont even prefer this hotel. The room no 204 if allotted, you will prefer staying on road. Moreover the manager is so rude who doesnt even want any reviews / comments. Book at your own risk.

The hotel is located in a very congested locality. Delux room of the hotel which was booked by travel agent was very small and clumsy. No ventilation or day light in the room. Exhaust fan in bathroom was controlled from the ground floor.
All food items mentioned in menu card was not available. Choice of food was very limited. Although complimentary breakfast was offered, number of items was very limited and we had to eat whatever was offered by the hotel.

it is not 3 star hotel it is 3rd class hotel. west of money. puri palace hotel very poor maintained rooms are in very bad condition .foul smell in rooms. stinking smell in rooms.poor food quality. dirty and unhygienic bed sheet. bathroom very unhygienic.

We had a package booking in which we had suggest our agent for non veg food on few days. But the hotel denied to provide the service and we are worst experience of hospitality. We had visited the property few years ago in which the food quality was awesome, but in our current visit with my family I had the worst memories.

Puri palace is the best hotel in amritsar. Food is very tasty . Very nice is breakfast buffety. Many items in buffey amritsari kulcha channa. Poori sabji ,and chole bhathure is very tasty .staff is very good 👍 mr kamal gm is very good person in hotel . Room is very spicy and good. Hot water and Wi-Fi very speedly in room . Walking distance in golden temple and jaliawala bagh . I come back in with my family and friends and stay in this hotel puri palace again . My trip is very good

All staff very cooperative and taste of breakfast is too like it's as a home made hotel near to bus stand and hotel interior is look wise nic and all amenities are joyable and food quality is great I give rating 10 out of 10 no.

Travelled to Amritsar as a part of a tour package. We were rather taken by the pics shown from the itinerary, but the reality was horrible. Broken doors with non functioning locks, walls with paints chipped and shoddy paints that had some kind of moss growing over it. Beds with dirty linen - mostly not washed for a few days if not weeks, bathroom furnishings broken. After a heated argument that these rooms were not fit to be accommodated in, they did give us temporary reprise by shifting us in another set of rooms and finally changed us to bigger rooms the next day. The only plus about the hotel is that they have a great staff that pleasant to talk and service oriented. However would not recommend this property at all to anyone. Its located near the main visit points - Golden temple, Jallianwala baug and the Partition museum but the proximity and pleasantries don't outweigh the problems with the property.

We had booked two rooms, the rooms were too small,In the room there was bad smell coming out from the wall compartment.it was literally suffocating, there is something nasty about this hotel which I can's describe, but it was worst. Spending one night was a nightmare. In the morning no hot water for bath, When we asked for the reception they said that is the hot water insted of it. Staff is very rude. Staff at reception except one fellow was sitting there to cheat people. Toilets were in extreme bad condiiton. Bad linen had thick gray layer of dust on it. Totally unhygenic conditions of rooms. Heater was not there in the room. So many dust there in the room. Hotel service was extremely poor.Not cleaned foot steps and lunch are.I really wonder how can any trip advisor can recommend such a hotel to travellers. have some ethics guys. Don't ever recommend this hotel ever to any traveller. You will get all bad reviews only. Terrible location

Don't ever recommend this hotel ever to any traveller. You will get all bad reviews only. Terrible location, worst hotel not only in Amritsar but in entire India....it was yaak...
