Check in and out was easy, location was great and staff was friendly. Always try to use Wyndham Resorts for all our stays, they are always on the ball and centrally located to wherever we need to be.

I was traveling with my dog. There was ample space for my dog. I requested a ground floor room which the staff made sure was available for me and my dog.

Star was fine other than i needed a computer with a printer and the one in my building was broken then went to the other building and that one was not working well either I never did get what i needed Definitely need to update the business center or remove it from the amenities

Hotel was overall great. Staff was wonderful and very friendly. Did not try the breakfast as it didnt seem to have what i was craving at the time. Not a big deal to me. Room was great, my only complaint was the bed and pillows. Could not get comfortable at all. Mattress very very stiff and pillows were small and no support.

There's a very bright outdoor pole light that shines
directly on the bed. I closed the blinds, but that didn't do any good. This made it very difficult to sleep. There should be better lighting in the bathroom instead of that one connected to the mirror. Ice machine was always empty when I needed it.

This is an older hotel. We had to remove about a dozen lady bugs from the room. The bed was "short-sheeted" so we couldn't pull the beading above our chests. The food served in the morning was rough. Showers were okay, but the bed was very hard.

First hotel in this area that is quiet & clean. Not a thing to complain about. Staff very helpful & friendly Mykayla was very helpful checking in too. I am in this area to see family. I will be staying here again!

Close enough to walk to downtown

Great stay, great staff, only downside is no elevator and the bathroom was super small

Morning breakfast was great!

We were pleased to be able to check in a bit early. Good breakfast, pool, and hot tub. Comfortable bed. It would have been nice if the light over the sink was brighter, but it was a good stay overall.

Property does not have a gym but they do offer access to local gym.

Nice place, friendly staff

The quality of craftsmanship on the remodel is subpar. For almost $200 a night I expected better. Tile coming up in the bathroom,

I paid the suite with the jet bathtub but was given a regular standard room. I was charged extra for the suite and never reimbursed for getting just a standard room

Great place to stay at

The hotel was immaculate and the staff was extremely helpful. They responded to all our needs immediately and positively. It was a wonderful trip!
