Group Policy: We consider a group to be three apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is nonrefundable. Apartments are fully cleaned after 7 nights.
Additional cleaning services are provided, including fresh towels and refuse collection for a surcharge.
We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee.Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Good value and an excellent location, despite being in a very busy central area the property was very well soundproofed so no outside noise was a problem at all. Comfortable and clean
The hot water didn’t seem particularly hot
Spotlessly clean. Great bed linens and towels. Great shower. Loads of very hot water. Great WiFi. Great shower. Big room. Good heating. Kitchen was fine. Location perfect for me.
Some confusion with the entry code to get in - I'd been sent two different codes and the one I was trying was wrong. Man on the phone answered quickly and was polite and helpful and I was in ther flat in a couple of minutes.
The location was fantastic and easy to get to. The flat was equipped for basic things (cooking, walk-in shower, TV, etc.) which was good and convenient.
The apartment was unclean - there was a toenail in the bathroom and the kitchen utensils were dirty. There was something like coffee grounds in one of the cupboards and the carpet was stained. I received no checkout instructions and so had to leave my room keys on the table in the room. The experience was okay but not what I paid for.

De locatie is echt top.
Wel wat geluid van kroegtijgers masr hé… je zit in het centrum.
Er is geen handige plek om je bagage achter te laten als je uitcheckt en je wilt nog even de stad bezoeken.
Er zijn wel voldoende bagagedepots in de stad hoor.

Perfect location, great price, spacious and comfortable.
There are a few little things that I’m sure fussy people would moan about. But I’m not going to list them because they didn’t bother me and didn’t detract from the exceptionally good location and value for money.

The apartment is close to lots of entertainment and reasonable for the train station. I imagine it would be difficult to do much better. The apartment is large, with everything you would need. The bath is a bonus. Great VFM.
The toilet refill is loud and being next to the bedroom can be quite annoying. This might sound petty but it was the worst thing.... (and to be clear I really enjoyed staying here). The only other thing to be aware of is that the door to the apartment is controlled by a card key and letting it close is not enough to lock it. Instead (for our underground apartment at least) you have to pull it toward you quite forcibly as well. Once you know this, it is not a problem, but people should be aware.
