Llegue con mi reservación y no me la hicieron válida porque no se encontraba su compañera que utiliza expedía, me quede sin alojamiento y tuve que buscar otro hotel el mismo día.
La localización del lugar es buena por estar cerca del centro
The hotel is located right in Centro and the rooms are fully equipped, comfortable and in excellent condition. The owners both speak English as well as Spanish and are an excellent source of knowledge both the local area and Mexico in general. They're both very nice and hospitable. The internet works well and the rooms are equipped with coffee makers, good air conditioning, hair dryers and pretty much everything you would need. On top of all that the price is great. And I almost forgot to mention that there's a terraza on the rooftop that gives fantastic views of the city and surrounding areas.

Televisión de la habitación tenía un defecto en la pantalla, después de descansar pedí la limpieza de la habitación y me dijeron que no se podía porque la encargada de dicho trabajo no estaba, no había servicio de televisión por cable.

Es bastante cómodo, está muy bien ubicado y es muy limpio. Lo único que podrían mejorar es que la pantalla de la habitación tenía una franja con píxeles muertos y deberían repararla.
Very clean very quiet hotel,hard to find a quier little hotel like this in many Mexican Cities. Great shower and bed, judt a nice place to relax.

Lo único malo es que no aceptan American express y es la forma de pago de la empresa en la que trabajo, así que no podré quedarme ahí nuevamente.

Loved this hotel. Is very close to Plaza Fundadores and the Alameda Hidalgo. The room had AC, jacuzzi, safe and a large bathroom. There is a roof deck where you get a 360 view of the city. The hotel is about 5 minutes from the Centro Historic. The staff was friendly and helpful. No breakfast at this place.

el único problema es que el uso de estacionamiento publico encarce el servicio en 30%
Perfect location! Far enough from the main plazas so that it was quite and calm when we wanted to sleep, but close enough to the main plazas that we could walk to them within 5 minutes. We always felt safe and comfortable when walking through the neighborhoods to all the attractions we wanted to see and loved finding little restaurants and shops to stop in along the way. Staff was friendly and helpful each day and with our special requests like late checkin, and holding our bags after checkout so we could continue to see the city until our ride came to take us to our next destination.
en general bien, el problema que la habitación era para mi mama y le costaba trabajo subir escaleras, y esta rodeado de no muy buen ambiente, del resto todo bien, personal recomendaciones etc etc.
Muy buenas instalaciones el area para caminar es buena de dia .
