Beds were very comfortable
End table fell off of the wall and fire. Alarm went off one night due to a malfunction.

We had a great stay over the holidays. One of the best hotel breakfast we have had thanks to Jeff. Hotel was clean and quiet.

Jeff the breakfast attendant is so nice and keeps the breakfast area clean, stocked and the food was delicious. The hotel is clean and very friendly staff. Great value for the price. We have stayed several times and will continue to return.
Breakfast was a wonderful experience. Such a wide variety to choose from. Jeff was a great guy to talk with, you can tell he truely cares for his job and enjoys it. His personal touches to improve the taste and variety of food available. Hotel room was great as well. Good job would recommend this hotel to everyone
excellent stay
I was there for surgery nearby that was canceled and it will be rescheduled for either Monday, Dec. 15 or Wednesday, Dec. 17, so I will be back soon. Winter at the front desk was warm and welcoming with a great smile. I discovered that I had left my AirPods. I called when I got home and reached Natalya, who was extraordinarily helpful. She found the case and one pod. We are going to look for the other pod together when I come back. I was able to have a tasty and nutritious breakfast in the lobby.
Shout out to Jeff at breakfast! He is such a friendly face in the morning and does his best to accommodate to guests. We very much appreciated him.
Jeff went above and beyond for me and my coworkers during our stay. He opened breakfast early, knowing that we had to leave for work prior to the actual time he’s supposed to open. The food was always delicious. Definitely recommending to anyone I know planning to travel here and will definitely come back if I’m ever traveling this way again.
There was also another man that does the breakfast who also did this for us several times, but unfortunately we didn’t catch his name. Hopefully you know who I’m talking about and he also gets credit for his outstanding customer service.

The Man who creates the breakfast is amazing! His personality is so great and his food is even better. Give his a raise! ASAP
Breakfast wasn’t open until 6 am. We had to be to work before that. Jeff was awesome and opened the breakfast bar early for us. He was friendly and because of him, I would definitely return to this hotel.
