The room felt dirty and the carpet felt dirty as well. Cleaning staff were friendly and nice. The last night we were there we tried using the pool and hot tub, but it looked like a huge group of 20 or more military people took over the whole pool and hot tub and made it nasty. We tried returning to the pool the next morning and the pool looked so disgusting and dirty same with the hot tub, it was filled with dirty nasty looking bubbles and the water was not even clear, it was white, like you couldn't even see through it. Gross!

Good installations, bad customer service, chargeback pending.
Cons:

We reserved for 3 nights two at arriving at Anchorage and another for the departure however the departure reservation was exchanged and cancelled by booking but refund never received and $700 after 2 weeks never credited. I tryed to contact the Hilton and Booking without luck, now in process for chargeback for that night never used and cancelled after mess on dates. I also need to book another hotel that I paid.

Pros:

The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities that one might expect in a suite. The staff was wonderful & helpful - going out of their way both at checkin as well as during the stay. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to major roads and attractions. I would strongly recommend. And will stay again when next in Anchorage.

Pros:

Spacious clean room with a kitchen. In Alaska in the summer it was nice to have effective blackout shades. Neighborhood is kind of a hotel ghetto. Not much in walking distance except other hotels.
