I wouldn’t recommend staying at this Hampton. Maybe try the one down the street instead. For some reason, they do not clean rooms unless requested. I know, after Covid, many Hamptons only started cleaning every other day but this one does not clean rooms at all. Don’t expect to get breakfast. Each morning I went downstairs, the hot bar was completely empty. Staff isn’t very friendly, the building is poorly maintained. The hotel is also tucked in behind a lot of construction, it’s hard to get in and out safely because of it.

Great Stay. Staff is awesome
Pros:

This is a great quiet location in the heart of downtown. with the streetcar being a block away you can get from one end of downtown to the next. Staff is nice and friendly. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Its a great atmosphere without being overbearing or feeling lost in a big city! Lobby is beautiful with tall ceilings!

Zu teuer für den Service.
Pros:

Gute Lage, super Parkplatz.

Cons:

Frühstück war extrem schlecht. Dünne Säfte, Rühreieiähnliche Masse, kein Salz, nur Pappgeschirr und Plastikbesteck bei der Preisklasse! Zimmerreinigung muss man anfordern.

Hotel muy confortable que ofrece excelente atención al huésped!
Pros:

El personal fue muy servicial, en especial Tom! Siempre todos en recepción atentos a cualquier consulta o solicitud, resolvieron rápidamente un tema que reportamos en el desayuno y en general respondieron con amabilidad y empatía. También me gustó la ubicación cerca a 2 paradas del streetcar (7th & 9th) , cerca a walking distance del City Market. Un sector bonito tranquilo y el streetcar (free service) te puede conectar al resto del downtown pasa cada 10 minutos y te lleva a otros POI como Union Station Light District Crossroads etc La habitación amplia con buen baño limpio amplio e iluminado. Siempre había café y agua en la zona del comedor a la entrada en horario 7x24, este espacio es muy agradable hay televisores y terminas conociendo a otros huéspedes.

Cons:

No tenían laundry service y el desayuno ofrece pocas opciones de frutas, pero valoramos que había desayuno caliente huevos y avena de buena calidad, en general los productos de buena calidad solo que falta variedad en mi opinión.
