Overall, this location and staff are a great stay worthy of a repeat stay!
Pros:

The staff did a great job keeping the floors clean from the snow and salt outside, stocking the hot water, coffee, and breakfast bar, and checking in and out efficiently! The rooms were clean and well equipped. The staff were also friendly and communicative.

Cons:

The hot tub was out of order, which was a negative for some of our group who didn’t wish to utilize the pool and just the hot tub.

Great experience...will stay again
Pros:

The check in was great, we arrived fairly late in the evening and were greeted with friendly smiles. The room was clean and breakfast was great!!

Cons:

Room smelled a little musty when we arrived but was better in a few hours ...with the AC on.

Pros:

Clean! Friendly & efficient staff at desk. Emma in breakfast room was exceptional! I observed her bring special orders to a person who asked her for something ( didn’t hear what). But Emma kept apprising the man that it’ll be ready soon and brought the plate out to him with a big smile. Then we noticed her cleaning tables all the way down to the floor. Very thorough. 👍👍👍👍

Pros:

This is our third time staying here and we love it. The rooms are special with full cooking facilities. It's always clean and quiet and the persons at the front desk are very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Holland.

Pros:

The Pool was very dirty. The elevators need to be repaired very scary. The shower has some mold need better cleaning or caulk repair.
