The swimming pool was closed and you the booking.com should have let me know that before I booked and you were more expensive then booking from the hotel itself.
The bed was comfortable and shower got nice and hot. The staff was friendly.
I walk with a rollator and I would have loved if there had been a room closer to the elevator.

The long wait to check in. It took 5 hours to check in.

AC unit was very noisy and bathroom sink water pressure was very low (in the morning).

Nothing, it was good. Except it was the people upstairs that were up all night. This has nothing to do with hotel.
Had they not been there, I would say it was perfect. I didn't get alot of sleep.
