The bed was comfortable and shower got nice and hot. The staff was friendly.
I walk with a rollator and I would have loved if there had been a room closer to the elevator.

The long wait to check in. It took 5 hours to check in.

AC unit was very noisy and bathroom sink water pressure was very low (in the morning).

Nothing, it was good. Except it was the people upstairs that were up all night. This has nothing to do with hotel.
Had they not been there, I would say it was perfect. I didn't get alot of sleep.

The staff did a great job keeping the floors clean from the snow and salt outside, stocking the hot water, coffee, and breakfast bar, and checking in and out efficiently! The rooms were clean and well equipped. The staff were also friendly and communicative.
The hot tub was out of order, which was a negative for some of our group who didn’t wish to utilize the pool and just the hot tub.
