Clean Location, Very Convenient location, nice place.
Excellent facility!
Check in was easy and fast. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. It was a nice room with one exception— there were some mold spots on the shower curtain.
Lobby and hall way was very hot, they were having A/C problems.
Horrible experience, first room had lots of mold, second room after i move rooms still had mold and scorpions and bugs!! Didn't even get my money back. I left and am currently sleeping in a Wataburger parking lot
Nice and helpful
Very clean
Quiet, safe
The breakfast was below par.
Super clean and comfortable
My stay was good. I was expecting the room to be cleaned with fresh towels on my 2nd night stay. The room was not cleaned before my 2nd night stay. I had to go to the front desk and ask for new towels. Other than that, my stay was ok.
The huge walk-in shower was nice. The location was quiet and peaceful.
The sleeper sofa was broken in our room and the door latch to our roomdidn't work right
👍
I rented a double queen room with a sofa sleeper and when I arrived at the property they provided me with one queen and a sofa sleeper. I told them that this is not what I rented and they said there were no other rooms available and that all was over booked. Room #327
The front desk went out of their way to make our stay so comfortable. Very attentive to all of our needs.
Dirty walls, dirty light fixtures, dirty baseboards, and (we assume) toothpaste on walls in the bathroom. The shower tap pulled off when i went to turn on the shower. Pink mold and green oxidation or mold on shower head. Bathroom floor had hair and dust all over the area arpund the toilet. Wall hook for towel hanging off the wall. Black mold spots on plastic shower curtain. They should be cloth, in my opinion. Window curtains stained with dark spots. The pool looked gross and dirty, but it was not marked as closed. I asked when we left if the pool was closed and they said yes. Cover it it keep it clean but allowing it to get filthy is unsightly and unprofessional.
It is extremely clean and the staff is upbeat and friendly
My wife and me stayed there with my kid, and we received great attention from the staff. We had a great time there. We are considering to go back if is possible on a future trip.
I'm Lifetime Titanium Elite with Marriott so I'm in one thier properties every week. When I checked in Tiffany was on the phone and there was another woman behind the desk with 3 kids. When I checked in Tiffany was very friendly. I got to my room and the thermostat didn't work. There was no display on the wall unit. I go back down and Tammy says that the unit under the window is the control. I go back up and tak a picture of of the sign on the window unit that says this has been disconnected and to us the one on the wall. I go down a 2nd time and she sent another lady up with me to check it out, but the lady leaves me before I get to my room so she could go the 3rd floor. They finally moved me to another room. At no point during this chaos did a manager come out to speak to me. Nothing. Then when I went to use a coffee cup in the room, the lid was way too small. The guy at the front desk said the vendor must have sent the wrong lids. So you knowingly put it in the guest room? Again, no one called to check on my stay. We got impending snow that night but the hotel did nothing to prepare the parking lot the night before or the next day. I checked out and went to the Embassy Suites where I had a totally opposite experience. Stay anywhere but here!
